基于配重优化的黄河桃花峪大桥成桥状态与体系转换方案研究

【摘要】:近些年来,自锚式悬索桥凭借其跨越能力大、造型美观和适应性强等特点在国内越来越受工程师们的青睐。由于结构受力和施工工艺的特点,多数自锚式悬索桥在加劲梁的锚固段和主塔处加劲梁内实施了不同方式的配重。本文以黄河桃花峪大桥为工程背景,并结合该桥配重的具体实施情况,借助大型有限元软件MIDAS CIVIL,就主塔处加劲梁的配重优化(配重取消)前后,对黄河桃花峪大桥的成桥状态及体系转换等问题进行了探讨,其主要研究内容如下:(1)拟定了主塔加劲梁内配重取消的原则,即取消配重前后主塔处梁底支座反力基本一致、取消配重后吊杆及吊杆在加劲梁上的锚固结构受力合理、取消配重后加劲梁的线形及应力满足设计要求。(2)研究确定了黄河桃花峪大桥主塔处取消配重后的合理成桥状态。通过释放主塔附近几对吊杆的索力,让主塔处加劲梁的部分自重替代原有的配重,进而确定了取消配重后的黄河桃花峪大桥的合理成桥状态,并给出了该成桥状态下主缆无应力长度、吊索无应力长度和各吊索的成桥索力。(3)研究确定了取消配重后的黄河桃花峪大桥的合理体系转换方案。针对自锚式悬索桥体系转换施工的受力特点,遵循体系转换的六个原则,研究了黄河桃花峪大桥取消主塔处配重后“吊索张拉法”体系转换的各种可行方案,并确定了最优方案。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the self anchored suspension bridge with its large span capacity, characteristic of beautiful shape and strong adaptability more engineers favor in China more and more. Because of the characteristics of structural mechanics and construction process, the implementation of the most weight in different ways of self anchored suspension bridge in the anchorage section of stiffening girder and main tower girder in taking the Yellow River taohuayu bridge as the engineering background, combined with the specific implementation of the weight of the bridge, with the help of finite element software MIDAS CIVIL, the main tower optimization of stiffening girder weight (weight cancel) before and after discussed in the Yellow River taohuayu bridge bridge state and system transformation, the main the research contents are as follows: (1) to cancel the weight in the main tower girder principle, that the abolition of the main tower at the bottom of beam before and after weight bearing force is basically the same, cancel the anchorage structure of boom and boom on the stiffening girder of the counterweight Reasonable stress, cancel after the balance of stiffening girder and linear stress meet the design requirements. Aiming at the system transformation of self anchored suspension bridge construction mechanical characteristics, six principles of system transformation, the the Yellow River taohuayu bridge to cancel the main tower after the balance sling tension system conversion of the various options and determine the optimal.
