河都高速公路级配碎石基层沥青路面分析与试验研究

【摘要】:半刚性基层容易产生干缩和温缩裂缝,容易引起沥青面层的反射裂缝,并且半刚性基层材料致密,很难透水,容易造成高速公路早期病害的发生。随着级配碎石基层具有良好的排水及消除反射裂缝功能和优良的经济性被人们认识后,含级配碎石柔性基层柔性路面结构将成为我国未来高等级公路路面结构多样化发展的重要结构之一,基于上述背景,论文就级配碎石级配的设计方法及其路用性能进行了研究。本文首先对广西地区的级配碎石基层的级配范围进行研究。结合室内CBR试验、重复加载试验和级配碎石车辙试验和实体工程的应用情况,综合多种级配考虑,建议以室内车辙试验的1h动稳定度和2h变形量两个指标为参考,作为广西高温多雨山区高速公路级配碎石基层抗车辙性能评价标准。推荐了适合广西地区级配碎石基层的级配范围。然后结合弹性层状体系理论,用BISAR3.0软件对河都高速公路四种不同沥青路面结构在不同月份的应力进行了对比分析。根据已建的力学分析模型,分析了标准轴载下不同月份不同结构层的层底拉应力,以及不同月份的沥青层层底最大拉应力和半刚性层底最大拉应力的变化情况。最后对高速公路级配碎石基层的施工工艺进行了系统的总结,提出适合广西地区高速公路级配碎石基层的施工质量控制指标,在实际工程中应用取得了良好的效果。
[Abstract]:It is easy to produce dry shrinkage and temperature shrinkage cracks in semi-rigid base, and it is easy to cause reflective cracks in asphalt surface, and the semi-rigid base material is dense, so it is difficult to permeate water. It is easy to cause the occurrence of the early disease of expressway. With the recognition of the good drainage function of graded crushed stone base and the function of eliminating reflection crack and excellent economy, The flexible pavement structure of flexible base with graded crushed stone will become one of the important structures for the diversification of highway pavement structure in the future. In this paper, the design method and road performance of graded crushed stone are studied. Firstly, the gradation range of graded crushed stone base in Guangxi is studied. Combined with indoor CBR test, The application of repeated loading test, rutting test of graded crushed stone and solid engineering, synthesizing various gradation considerations, suggests that the two indexes of 1h dynamic stability and 2h deformation of indoor rutting test should be taken as reference. As the evaluation standard of rutting resistance of graded crushed stone base in high temperature and multi-rain mountain area of Guangxi, the grading range suitable for Guangxi regional graded crushed stone base is recommended, and then combined with the theory of elastic layered system, The stress of four kinds of different asphalt pavement structures in different months of Hedu Expressway is analyzed by BISAR3.0 software. Based on the established mechanical analysis model, the tensile stress of different layers in different months under standard axial load is analyzed. And the variation of maximum tensile stress and maximum tensile stress of asphalt layer bottom and semi-rigid layer bottom in different months. Finally, the construction technology of highway graded crushed stone base is systematically summarized. The construction quality control index suitable for highway graded crushed stone base in Guangxi area is put forward, and good results are obtained in practical engineering.
