填石路堤稳定性与沉降机理研究

【摘要】:根据吉林省高速公路网发展规划,到2030年,全面建成吉林省高速公路网,高速公路通车里程达到5000公里,除长白县、临江市外,全省所有的县、市、区基本通高速公路,一般汽车在1小时以内可进入高速公路网,山区高速公路建设数量将持续大量增加。由于山区地形地质条件复杂,路堤高填深挖和隧道工程将不可避免。路堑和隧道开挖产生大量石质弃渣且山区缺乏优良的土质填料,因此合理利用石质弃渣进行山区高等级公路路堤填筑是非常必要的。本文针对填石路堤的粒料规格与摊铺层厚及压实参数相互关系的研究、填石路堤摊铺、碾压工艺和质量控制、路堤压实度检测方法及整体强度稳定性和沉降机理技术分析。通过现场实验及理论分析等综合研究,最终提出合理的施工关键技术要求,并制定填石路堤的压实标准和检测方法。填石路堤稳定性与沉降机理的研究,有利于进一步完善和提高我国公路填石路堤施工技术,提高公路修筑技术水平,可以为山岭区公路建设过程中的填石路堤施工控制提供依据和指导,应用范围广阔。填石路堤填筑技术的应用,可充分利用挖方材料,从而能够大量节约公路建设资金,并保护沿线环境,这符合经济建设有效、健康的发展目标,有着十分重大的经济和社会意义。
[Abstract]:According to the development plan of the highway network of Jilin Province, by 2030, the highway network of Jilin Province will be completed in an all-round way, and the mileage of the expressway will reach 5000 kilometers. All counties, cities, and districts in the province, except Changbai County and Linjiang City, will have access to the highway. As cars can enter the highway network within one hour, the number of highway construction in mountainous areas will continue to increase substantially, because of the complex terrain and geological conditions in mountainous areas. High fill and deep excavation of embankments and tunnel works will be inevitable. Cutting and tunnel excavation will produce a large amount of stone debris and the mountain areas lack of good soil fill. Therefore, it is very necessary to make use of stone slag to fill the embankment of high grade highway in mountainous area. This paper studies the relationship between the grain material specification of the embankment and the thickness of the paving layer and compaction parameters, and the paving of the embankment. Roller compaction technology and quality control, compaction testing method of embankment, overall strength, stability and settlement mechanism of embankment are analyzed. Through comprehensive research of field experiment and theoretical analysis, the reasonable key technical requirements of construction are put forward. The study on the stability and settlement mechanism of the rockfill embankment is beneficial to the further improvement and improvement of the construction technology of the rockfill embankment in China, and to the improvement of the technical level of the highway construction. It can provide the basis and guidance for the construction control of rockfill embankment in mountain area. The application of rockfill embankment filling technology can make full use of excavating materials, so as to save a lot of highway construction funds. And protect the environment along the line, which accords with the economic construction effective, healthy development goal, has the very important economic and social significance.
