基于马歇尔成型的温拌沥青混合料优化设计

【摘要】:在全球能源紧缺以及环境污染加剧的大环境下,我国的公路建设面临着新的挑战。沥青路面作为主要的道路交通运输系统路面形式,,除了满足基本的技术要求还应向着绿色、节能、环保的新型路面材料方向发展。温拌沥青混合料技术起源于欧洲,该项技术能够显著降低沥青混合料的拌和温度,但其各项技术性能却不亚于热拌沥青混合料,在国外已得到广泛的应用。由于积累的技术经验不足,温拌沥青混合料技术在国内仍处于试验研究阶段,还未得到大量的工程实际应用。造成这种现象的原因比较复杂,主要存在缺乏完善的温拌沥青混合料设计方法指导、行业内对温拌沥青混合料的某些路用性能抱有质疑、采用温拌沥青混合料技术的经济效益不甚明显等问题。 为促进温拌沥青混合料技术的应用,本文在已有研究成果的基础上,依托国家自然科学基金项目“基于CT扫描技术的温拌沥青混合料压实特性及其演化过程”,着重在温拌沥青混合料优化设计方法上展开研究。以温拌剂对基质沥青性能的影响作为参考,分析国产有机添加剂型温拌剂对沥青混合料性能的影响。借鉴热拌沥青混合料级配设计方法,将多级嵌挤密实型级配应用于温拌沥青混合料,尝试从级配方面优化温拌沥青混合料路用性能。根据Superpave的设计理念,将GTM设计方法关于计算沥青用量的计算式用于马歇尔击实的温拌沥青混合料,并用试验论证该方法的可行性。采用新型的沥青浸渍法测定沥青混合料理论最大密度以及集料有效密度,归纳测定混合料和集料密度方面的技巧。以等体积参数设计原则为指导,探究温拌沥青混合料拌和温度的降低程度,总结出具体的确定温拌沥青混合料拌和温度设计方法。结合马歇尔试验、车辙试验、低温劈裂试验验证温拌沥青混合料的路用性能,提出确定温拌剂掺量的详细方法。以离散单元法软件为依托,推导集料级配转化计算式,建立骨架嵌挤密实型混合料数值模型,通过虚拟试验研究级配对温拌沥青混合料稳定性的影响。参考现有的温拌沥青混合料研究成果并结合本文的研究成果,概括基于马歇尔成型的温拌沥青混合料目标配合比优化设计方法,提出温拌沥青混合料设计不同于热拌沥青混合料设计的注意事项。 研究结果表明,与热拌沥青混合料相比,温拌沥青混合料的设计以及性能均有其自身的特点。K型温拌剂可以保证路用性能的前提下有效降低混合料拌和温度,起到节能减排的作用。集料级配对温拌沥青混合料的路用性能影响较大,应针对不同集料的特性设计相应级配更具合理性。温拌剂掺量、拌和温度均会对沥青混合料的体积性能以及路用性能产生影响。基于马歇尔成型的温拌沥青混合料设计不同于普通热拌沥青混合料设计,应采用优化的设计方法设计温拌沥青混合料。
[Abstract]:In the environment of global energy shortage and environmental pollution, highway construction in China is facing new challenges. Asphalt pavement, as the main road transportation system pavement, should be green in addition to meeting the basic technical requirements. The technology of warm mix asphalt mixture originated in Europe, this technology can significantly reduce the mixing temperature of asphalt mixture, but its technical performance is no less than that of hot mix asphalt mixture. It has been widely used in foreign countries. Due to the lack of accumulated technical experience, the technology of warm mix asphalt mixture is still in the stage of test and research in China, and has not been applied in a large number of projects. The reasons for this phenomenon are quite complex. There are some problems such as lack of perfect design method of warm mix asphalt mixture, doubt about some road performance of warm mix asphalt mixture in the industry, and the economic benefit of adopting warm mix asphalt mixture technology is not obvious. In order to promote the application of warm mix asphalt mixture technology, based on the existing research results, Based on the National Natural Science Foundation of China, "compaction characteristics and Evolution process of warm mix Asphalt mixture based on CT scanning Technology", the optimization design method of warm mix asphalt mixture is studied. Performance impact as a reference, This paper analyzes the influence of domestic organic additive warm mix on the performance of asphalt mixture. By using the design method of hot mix asphalt mixture for reference, the multi-stage compaction gradation is applied to warm mix asphalt mixture. This paper attempts to optimize the pavement performance of warm mix asphalt mixture from the aspect of gradation. According to the design concept of Superpave, the calculation formula of GTM design method about calculating asphalt content is applied to Marshall compacted warm mix asphalt mixture. The new asphalt impregnation method is used to determine the theoretical maximum density of asphalt mixture and the effective density of aggregate. Induces the technique of measuring the density of mixture and aggregate. Guided by the principle of equal volume parameter design, the paper explores the lowering degree of mixing temperature of warm mix asphalt mixture, The concrete design method for determining the mixing temperature of warm mix asphalt mixture is summarized. The road performance of warm mix asphalt mixture is verified by Marshall test, rutting test and low temperature split test. A detailed method for determining the content of warm mixing agent is put forward. Based on the discrete element method software, the calculation formula of aggregate gradation conversion is derived, and the numerical model of skeleton compacted mixture is established. The influence of gradation on the stability of warm mix asphalt mixture is studied by virtual test. This paper summarizes the optimum design method of target mix ratio of warm mix asphalt mixture based on Marshall forming, and points out that the design of warm mix asphalt mixture is different from that of hot mix asphalt mixture design. The results show that compared with hot mix asphalt mixture, the design and performance of warm mix asphalt mixture have its own characteristics. K type warm mix agent can effectively reduce the mixing temperature under the premise of road performance. The aggregate gradation has a great influence on the pavement performance of the warm mix asphalt mixture, so it is more reasonable to design the corresponding gradation according to the characteristics of different aggregates. Mixing temperature will affect the volume performance and road performance of asphalt mixture. The design of warm mix asphalt mixture based on Marshall molding is different from that of common hot mix asphalt mixture design. The optimum design method should be used to design the warm mix asphalt mixture.
