基于石灰岩的沥青混合料抗滑性能评价研究

【摘要】:随着交通行业的迅速发展,道路安全问题日益突出。研究表明,路面抗滑能力不足是引发道路交通事故的重要影响因素之一。通过设置抗滑表层能够有效提高路面的抗滑性能,但针对抗滑表层的结构形式、集料选用、评价指标、试验设备等方面,国内外均未有统一的标准规范,因此该领域仍有诸多问题需要进一步研究。 首先,在国内外抗滑表层相关资料的调研总结基础上,分析沥青路面抗滑性能形成机理以及影响因素。研制加速磨光试验装置,尝试采用橡胶板与沥青混合料试件滑动摩擦的方式来增加摩擦面积,在尽可能模拟路面磨光效果的同时提高试验效率。重点介绍设备的预期性能目标、技术参数、工作原理、构造特征和使用方法。 其次,以石灰岩为重点研究对象,进行集料主要技术指标试验。采用专家调查的方法分析集料特性对沥青混合料抗滑耐磨性能的影响,并计算不同集料的抗滑耐磨综合指标。结果表明集料各项指标对沥青混合料抗滑耐磨性能的贡献排序为磨光值>磨耗值>压碎值>坚固性>集料密度>吸水率,,玄武岩的抗滑耐磨性能最好,石灰岩A次之,石灰岩B较差。 然后文章对沥青混合料抗滑性能现有评价体系进行归纳总结,采用研发的加速磨光试验装置进行AC-13型沥青混合料的抗滑性能试验,分别测量试件的摆式摩擦系数BPN和构造深度TD来评价不同石料、不同级配的沥青混合料的抗滑性能。结果表明:玄武岩比石灰岩的沥青混合料抗滑性能好,并且同一岩性的石料,物理力学特性较好,其沥青混合料的抗滑性能更优;粗级配有利于提高沥青混合料的抗滑性能。采用Y=aebX+c方程进行回归具有较好拟合效果,加速磨光的试验数据与其他室内抗滑试验具有良好的关联性。通过对现有路面摩擦系数检测数据的调研,分析加速磨光试验与路面使用效果的相关性,建立路面抗滑性能GM(1,N)灰预测模型,以实现利用室内加速磨光试验对实际路面不同使用时间的抗滑性能进行预测及评价。 文章最后对石灰岩在云南省龙瑞高速公路抗滑表层中的应用进行效益分析,表明石灰岩的应用不仅能够获得良好的社会效益和环境效益,而在经济效益上工程总费用可节省约2517.5万元,平均每公里节省15.7万元。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of traffic industry, the problem of road safety is becoming more and more serious. The research shows that the lack of anti-skid ability of pavement is one of the important factors causing road traffic accidents. The anti-skid layer can effectively improve the anti-skid performance of road surface. However, there is no uniform standard and specification for the structural form, aggregate selection, evaluation index, test equipment and so on, so there are still many problems in this field that need to be further studied. First of all, on the basis of the investigation and summarization of the relevant data of anti-skid surface at home and abroad, the formation mechanism of anti-skid performance of asphalt pavement and its influencing factors are analyzed, and the accelerated polishing test device is developed. This paper attempts to increase the friction area by sliding friction between rubber sheet and asphalt mixture, and to improve the test efficiency while simulating the surface polishing effect as much as possible. The expected performance objectives, technical parameters and working principle of the equipment are introduced emphatically. Construction features and usage methods. Secondly, taking limestone as the main research object, the main technical indexes of aggregate are tested, and the influence of aggregate characteristics on the skid resistance and wear resistance of asphalt mixture is analyzed by means of expert investigation. The results show that the contribution of aggregate indexes to the performance of asphalt mixture is in the order of grinding value > wear value > crushing value > solidity > aggregate density > water absorption. Basalt has the best skid and wear resistance, followed by limestone A and limestone B. Then the paper summarizes the existing evaluation system of asphalt mixture's anti-skid performance and uses the developed accelerated polishing test device to test the anti-skid performance of AC-13 asphalt mixture. The friction coefficient of pendulum type (BPN) and the depth of structure (TD) were measured to evaluate the skid resistance of asphalt mixture with different gradation and different gradation. The results show that basalt is better than limestone in the anti-slip performance of asphalt mixture. The asphalt mixture with the same lithology has better physical and mechanical properties, and its asphalt mixture has better skid resistance, the coarse gradation is helpful to improve the anti-skid performance of asphalt mixture, and the regression of YaoaebX _ c equation has a good fitting effect, and the coarse gradation is beneficial to the improvement of the anti-skid performance of asphalt mixture. The experimental data of accelerated polishing have good correlation with other indoor anti-skid tests. Through the investigation of existing pavement friction coefficient test data, the correlation between accelerated polishing test and pavement use effect is analyzed. A grey prediction model of pavement anti-skid performance (GM-1) is established in order to predict and evaluate the anti-skid performance of actual pavement with different service time by indoor accelerated polishing test. Finally, the benefit analysis of the application of limestone in anti-skid surface layer of Long Rui expressway in Yunnan Province shows that the application of limestone can not only obtain good social and environmental benefits. In terms of economic benefits, the total cost of the project can be saved about twenty-five million one hundred and seventy-five thousand yuan, with an average saving of 157,000 yuan per kilometre.
