Dynamic traffic assignment(DTA) is promoted for this situation. Firstly, the definition and the framework of DTA,DTA's postion and it's role in traffic control and route guidance are presented. Several DTA models are listed and analysed. The conclusion that there exist some unconquered shortness of the DTA models comes from the analysis about DTA model's assumes and their structures. Finally,a new idea on solving traffic control and route guidance problem is given from the point of view of intelligent traffic system(ITS).

交通流短时预测是交通控制与交通诱导系统的关键问题之一 .随着预测时间跨度的缩短 ,交通流量的变化显示出越来越强的不确定性 ,使得一般的预测方法难以奏效 .本文探讨了小波分析在交通流短时预测中应用的可行性 ,提出了一种基于多分辨率小波分解与重构的交通流短时预测方法 ,介绍了该方法的原理 ,讨论了模型参数的确定 ,给出了仿真实验研究结果
