高模量沥青混合料在调坡路面中的应用研究

【摘要】:随着交通量的逐年增加,车辙、疲劳开裂已成为高速公路的主要病害类型,尤其是调坡路面。国内外研究表明,高模量沥青混凝土是一种新型路面材料,可以有效减少路面的车辙病害。对江西省沥青路面车辙病害问题进行了调研,借助有限元软件分析病害的产生原因,,分析认为,中面层模量的提高,有利于提高路面抗车辙能力。采用针入度、粘度和SHRP分析体系,开展四种典型高模量胶结料试验研究,提出高模量胶结料技术指标体系和要求。对比分析了EME20、AC20、Sup20等几种混合料的路用性能,发现EME20沥青混合料比AC20沥青混合料抗疲劳性能要高。开展了高模量剂性能比选研究,铺筑试验路,总结了施工工艺。 综合室内试验研究和现场研究内容,得出主要结论:第一,在公路建设中建议采用具有更好高温稳定性能的国外高模量胶结料和1#国产高模量胶结料。第二,各项性能试验结果表明:EME20相比于AC20和Sup20更易于压实,且EME20空隙率最小;EME20混合料的抗车辙性能和抗疲劳性能要优于另两种混合料。第三,国内的添加剂产品具备替代国外高模量剂产品的可能性。第四,试铺沥青混合料各体积指标、集料级配和压实度均能满足施工指导意见要求,并且该沥青混合料具有较好的路用性能,抗车辙性能尤其突出。第五,作为有效减少车辙的技术手段,高模量沥青混合料的低温性能和抗水损害性能也较为优异。
[Abstract]:With the increase of traffic volume, rutting and fatigue cracking have become the main disease types of expressway, especially the sloping pavement. Studies at home and abroad show that high modulus asphalt concrete is a new type of pavement material. The rutting disease of asphalt pavement in Jiangxi Province is investigated, and the causes of the disease are analyzed by means of finite element software. It is beneficial to improve the rutting resistance of road surface. Four typical high modulus binders are tested and studied by using penetration, viscosity and SHRP analysis system. The technical index system and requirements of high modulus binder are put forward. The road performance of several kinds of mixtures, such as EME20, AC20 and Sup20, are compared and analyzed. It is found that the fatigue resistance of EME20 asphalt mixture is higher than that of AC20 asphalt mixture. The performance comparison and selection of high modulus binder is carried out. The construction technology is summarized by paving the test road. The main conclusions are as follows: first, in highway construction, it is recommended to adopt foreign high modulus binder with better high temperature stability and high modulus cement made at 1#. The results of various performance tests show that EME20 is easier to be compacted than AC20 and Sup20, and the rutting resistance and fatigue resistance of EME20 mixture with minimum void ratio of EME20 are superior to those of the other two kinds of mixtures. Domestic additive products have the possibility of replacing foreign high modulus agent products. 4th, each volume index, aggregate gradation and compaction degree of asphalt mixture can meet the requirements of construction guidance. And the asphalt mixture has better road performance, especially anti-rutting performance. 5th, as a technical means to effectively reduce rutting, the low-temperature performance and water damage resistance of high-modulus asphalt mixture are also excellent.
