地锚式独塔斜拉桥施工关键技术研究

【摘要】:地锚式折线形独塔斜拉桥是一种新型的斜拉桥结构,其结构新颖、造型独特,具有良好的景观效果。本文以国内迄今第一座此类桥梁——承德市太平庄跨滦河大桥为工程背景,对其施工过程中的内力变化情况进行了研究。 论文先介绍了折线形塔斜拉桥和传统直塔斜拉桥的特点,,以及地锚式斜拉桥和全自锚式斜拉桥的受力特点,并简要的介绍了论文计算模型建立的一般原则和施工阶段的划分情况。然后根据实际施工步序,采用Midas/civil有限元软件建立全桥有限元空间模型,计算分析了该桥施工阶段和成桥阶段主梁、斜拉索和主塔的力学行为。 论文还介绍了水化热分析的理论基础,运用Midas/civil对大体积混凝土承台进行水化热仿真分析。分析了其在自然冷却状态下的温升和应力情况,并根据计算结果拟定具体的施工方案来降低水化热的影响,以防止温度裂缝的产生。施工方案的合理性从实际施工结果中得到了验证。
[Abstract]:The ground anchor single tower cable-stayed bridge is a new type of cable-stayed bridge with novel structure, unique shape and good landscape effect. In this paper, the first such bridge in China-Chengde Taipingzhuang Bridge across the Luanhe River is taken as the engineering background. The change of internal force during construction is studied. The paper first introduces the characteristics of linear tower cable-stayed bridge and traditional straight tower cable-stayed bridge, as well as the mechanical characteristics of ground-anchored cable-stayed bridge and fully self-anchored cable-stayed bridge. Then, according to the actual construction sequence, the finite element model of the whole bridge is established by using Midas/civil finite element software, and the general principles of the calculation model and the division of the construction stage are introduced briefly, then the finite element space model of the whole bridge is established by using the Midas/civil finite element software. The mechanical behavior of the main girder, cable and tower in the construction stage and the completion stage of the bridge are calculated and analyzed. The paper also introduces the theoretical basis of hydration heat analysis, and uses Midas/civil to simulate the hydration heat of mass concrete cap. The temperature rise and stress under natural cooling state are analyzed. According to the calculation results, a concrete construction scheme is proposed to reduce the influence of hydration heat to prevent the occurrence of temperature cracks. The rationality of the construction scheme is verified by the actual construction results.
