公路隧道围岩松动圈分布规律研究

【摘要】:大量公路隧道建设及监测的过程证明,在隧道开挖过程中由于应力重分布而存在着松动圈,松动圈的发生发展及稳定对于隧道的稳定性至关重要,以围岩松动圈为支护对象的支护理论为松动圈支护理论。 为了利用松动圈理论进行公路隧道设计,研究公路隧道内部围岩松动圈的分布规律,给出判定松动圈分布范围的有效方法,从而推动松动圈支护技术的进步。本文首先通过理论研究,分析比较了弹性、塑性、弹塑性理论确定围岩松动圈的方法,并建立了基于弹塑性力学的松动圈分布范围理论计算方法;其次进行数值模拟研究,给出了利用FLAC3D数值模拟软件进行松动圈判定的方法步骤,通过隧道横断面的塑性区云图,体积应变云图,剪切应变云图,确定松动圈的分布;最后进行公路隧道围岩松动圈的量测技术研究,总结了多点位移计进行松动圈测试的方法步骤,通过绘制位移时间曲线、数据分析进行围岩松动圈分布的判定。以茶镇隧道和西施坡隧道为例,运用弹塑性理论计算、数值模拟、围岩内部位移量测相结合的方法得出:茶镇隧道Ⅲ.Ⅳ级围岩松动圈均在2m以内;西施坡隧道Ⅳ、V级围岩松动圈分界点在2m-3m之间。理论计算、数值模拟、监测数据所得的松动圈范围在同隧道同级别围岩中,取得良好的一致性。通过比较弹塑性理论计算、数值模拟及多点位移计量测技术的优缺点,认为利用松动圈支护理论进行公路隧道支护设计时,宜首先进行理论计算和数值模拟,给出支护参数,进入施工阶段后进行松动圈量测,根据量测结果进行支护参数的优化,从而确保隧道安全快速以及信息化施工。
[Abstract]:A large number of highway tunnel construction and monitoring process proved that there is a loose circle due to stress redistribution during the tunnel excavation. The occurrence, development and stability of the loosening circle is very important for the stability of the tunnel. The supporting theory of surrounding rock loose ring is the support theory of loose ring. In order to make use of loosening circle theory to design highway tunnel, to study the distribution law of loosening circle in surrounding rock of highway tunnel, an effective method to judge the distribution range of loosening circle is given. So as to promote the progress of loose ring support technology. Firstly, through the theoretical study, this paper analyzes and compares the elastic, plastic and elastic-plastic theory to determine the loose zone of surrounding rock. The theoretical calculation method of loosening circle distribution range based on elastic-plastic mechanics is established. Secondly, the numerical simulation research is carried out, and the method steps of determining loosening circle by using FLAC3D numerical simulation software are given, and the cloud diagram of plastic zone of tunnel cross section is given. Volume strain cloud diagram, shear strain cloud diagram to determine the distribution of loosening circle. Finally, the measurement technology of surrounding rock loosening circle of highway tunnel is studied, and the method and steps of multi-point displacement meter for loosening circle testing are summarized, and the displacement time curve is drawn. The data analysis is used to judge the distribution of surrounding rock loose circle. Taking Cha Zhen Tunnel and Xishhipo Tunnel as examples, the elastic-plastic theory is used to calculate and simulate the loosening zone of surrounding rock. By combining the displacement measurement of surrounding rock, it is concluded that the loosening zone of the third and fourth grade surrounding rock of the Cha Zhen tunnel is within 2m, and the boundary point of the loosening circle of the V class rock of Xishipo tunnel is between 2m-3m. The range of loose circles obtained from monitoring data is in good agreement with the surrounding rock of the same level of tunnel. The advantages and disadvantages of the elastoplastic theory calculation, numerical simulation and multi-point displacement measurement techniques are compared. It is considered that in the design of highway tunnel support with loosening ring support theory, theoretical calculation and numerical simulation should be carried out first, and the supporting parameters should be given, and the loose ring measurement should be carried out after entering the construction stage, and the support parameters should be optimized according to the measured results. In order to ensure tunnel safety and rapid and information construction.
