高速公路施工项目管理研究

【摘要】:随着近年来国家对基础设施投资逐年增加,公路工程建设尤其是高速公路的建设得到蓬勃发展,如何做好工程建设的项目管理成为公路建设过程中非常重要的一环。施工单位通过一定的管理方法和管理措施,对各种生产资料进行有效组织,通过各种技术手段,达到施工管理各项目标,是项目建设的基本保障和主要保障。本文以高速公路施工项目管理为研究对象,以武罐高速土建二标工程为依托,主要研究内容有: (1)系统介绍武罐高速土建二标工程项目概况,提出武罐高速土建二标前期策划内容,为后期武罐高速土建二标项目管理奠定基础。 (2)针对武罐高速土建项目二标项目的内部管理,系统介绍合同管理、材料管理、设备管理、劳务队管理的主要内容、管理程序等,提出合同管理中常见的问题及解决对策。 (3)确定武罐高速土建二标项目质量管理的目标及方针,提出质量保证体系及各管理人员具体职责,,建立质量保证制度,提出了质量管理措施。 (4)提出武罐高速土建二标项目安全管理目标及基本要求,确定安全管理组织机构并系统分配各部门职责,系统分析安全生产管理制度的特点,制定相关的安全管理措施。 (5)针对现有无缝钢管焊接操作困难、耗时费力等问题,结合高速公路施工项目管理,提出了钻孔灌注桩钢薄壁声测管锁扣式连接安装施工方法,详细介绍了其在武罐高速土建二标上的具体应用状况及取得的成果。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the national investment in infrastructure has increased year by year, and the highway construction, especially the highway construction, has been flourishing. How to do a good job in project management of engineering construction has become a very important link in the course of highway construction. Through certain management methods and management measures, construction units can effectively organize various means of production and adopt various technical means. To achieve the objectives of construction management is the basic guarantee and main guarantee of the project construction. This paper takes the expressway construction project management as the research object and relies on the second standard project of Wu-can high-speed civil construction. The main research contents are as follows:. This paper introduces the general situation of the second civil standard project of Wu-can high-speed civil construction systematically, and puts forward the planning content of the second civil standard of Wu-can high-speed civil construction, which will lay a foundation for the management of the second-standard project of Wu-can high-speed civil construction in the later period. This paper introduces the main contents and procedures of contract management, material management, equipment management, labor team management, etc., and puts forward some common problems in contract management and countermeasures. 3) to determine the goal and policy of quality management for Wu-can high-speed civil construction project, to put forward the quality assurance system and the specific duties of the managers, to establish the quality assurance system, and to put forward the quality management measures. Finally, the paper puts forward the safety management objectives and basic requirements of Wu-can High-speed Civil Construction Project, determines the safety management organization and systematically distributes the responsibilities of various departments, systematically analyzes the characteristics of the safety production management system, and formulates the relevant safety management measures. In view of the existing seamless steel pipe welding difficult, time-consuming and laborious problems, combined with the highway construction project management, put forward the bored cast-in-place pile steel thin-wall acoustic pipe lock connection installation construction method. This paper introduces its application in the second standard of high-speed civil construction of Wu-can in detail and the results obtained.
