木-混组合梁槽口钉类连接件抗剪承载力计算方法研究

【摘要】:为计算钉杆弯曲破坏机理下槽口钉类连接件抗剪承载力,提出木-混组合梁槽口钉类连接件抗剪承载力计算方法。参照依据新西兰标准和欧洲规范的槽口螺钉连接件抗剪承载力计算方法——NZS法、修正折减参数η*的EC*法,针对混凝土剪切破坏和钉类弯曲变形造成连接失效的破坏机理,采用销钉连接件抗剪承载力计算式替代2种方法中螺钉抗拔承载力,得到考虑钉杆弯曲破坏的NZS法、EC*法,用以计算槽口钉类连接件抗剪承载力。以9组木-混组合梁推出试件为例,采用这2种方法计算试件的槽口栓钉连接件抗剪承载力,并与试验值对比。结果表明,2种方法均未考虑槽口深度对木-混组合梁槽口钉类连接件抗剪承载力的影响;相较于考虑钉杆弯曲破坏的EC*法,考虑钉杆弯曲破坏的NZS法的计算值与试验值吻合更好,能够较好地计算槽口钉类连接件钉杆弯曲破坏时的抗剪承载力。
[Abstract]:In order to calculate the shear capacity of slot nail connectors under the bending failure mechanism of nail rod, This paper presents a calculation method for shear bearing capacity of slot screw connectors of wood-mixed composite beams. According to the calculation method of shear capacity of slot screw connectors based on New Zealand standard and European code, the EC* method of reducing parameter 畏 * is revised according to the method of NZS. In view of the failure mechanism of joint caused by shear failure of concrete and buckling deformation of nail type, this paper uses the calculation formula of shear bearing capacity of pin joint to replace the pull-out bearing capacity of screw in two methods, and obtains the NZS method and EC* method which takes into account the bending failure of nail rod. It is used to calculate the shear bearing capacity of slot nail connectors. Taking 9 groups of wood-mixed composite beams as an example, the shear bearing capacity of the slotted pin joints of the specimens is calculated by using these two methods. The results show that the effect of notch depth on shear bearing capacity of notched nail joints in wood-concrete composite beams is not taken into account in both methods, and compared with EC* method which considers the bending failure of nail rods, the results show that the two methods do not take into account the effect of notch depth on shear capacity of notched nail connectors of wood-concrete composite beams. The calculated value of NZS method considering the bending failure of nail rod is in good agreement with the experimental value, and the shear bearing capacity of the nail rod can be calculated well.
