集装箱港区物流系统仿真优化研究

【摘要】:随着全球经济一体化,港口物流作为新兴产业迅速在在世界范围内兴起。集装箱港区物流系统具有连接其他运输方式的功能,它在国际贸易和国际物流方面的作用日益突出,,成为现代物流发展的重要领域。 近几年,中国经济的腾飞使得全国各大港口的吞吐量迅速增加。天津港作为中国北方地区的集装箱干线港和发展现代物流的重要港口,其港区物流系统在运营中也出现了一些问题,作业效率无法满足当前集疏港吞吐量的需求,因此如何通过更加科学的规划和管理方法来提高集装箱港区物流系统的运行效率成了国内的热点课题。 本文以天津港集装箱港区物流系统为实例,对该系统内前方码头、后方堆场、港区内路网等因素进行了系统分析,并以WITNESS作为仿真平台分别构建了集装箱码头内部和前方码头与后方堆场之间的物流系统仿真模型,并通过试验对模型进行了验证。 针对天津港集装箱港区物流系统运营中出现的问题,通过分析问题出现的原因,提出了相应的改进方案,再对改进后的方案进行仿真试验验证。最终以改进方案对天津港的规划建设和运营提出建议,为其决策提供科学依据。
[Abstract]:With the integration of global economy, port logistics, as a new industry, is rising rapidly all over the world. Container port logistics system has the function of connecting other transportation modes, and it plays an increasingly important role in international trade and international logistics. Become the important field of modern logistics development. In recent years, the rapid development of China's economy has led to a rapid increase in the throughput of major ports throughout the country. Tianjin Port is the main container port in northern China and an important port for the development of modern logistics. There are also some problems in the operation of its port logistics system. The operational efficiency cannot meet the demand of the current port throughput. Therefore, how to improve the efficiency of container port logistics system through more scientific planning and management methods has become a hot topic in China. Taking the logistics system of Tianjin Port Container Port as an example, this paper makes a systematic analysis of the factors of the system, such as the front dock, the rear yard, the road network in the port area, and so on. The simulation models of logistics system in the container terminal and between the front terminal and the rear yard are constructed using WITNESS as the simulation platform, and the model is verified by experiments. In view of the problems in the operation of the logistics system of Tianjin Port Container Port area, by analyzing the causes of the problems, the corresponding improvement schemes are put forward. Finally, some suggestions on Tianjin Port's planning, construction and operation are put forward to provide scientific basis for its decision.
