磷酸盐基沥青路面冷再生快速修补材料路用性能研究

【摘要】:研制了一种对沥青路面多种病害均具有较好修复能力的新型快速修补材料。确定了磷酸盐基沥青路面冷再生快速修补材料最佳配方:水灰比为0.45、磷酸镁水泥用量为20%、水玻璃掺量为5%、粉煤灰掺量为5%,废旧沥青混合料为70%。在最佳配方的基础上,经试验测得:养护4 h、48 h试件动稳定度分别达到3216次/mm和4193次/mm,养护4 h试件-10℃极限弯拉应变为2725.4με,表明该材料具备良好的高温稳定性和低温抗裂性。其养护4 h、48 h残留稳定度分别为78.6%和82.0%,养护4 h试件冻融劈裂强度比为74.5%,表明其具有较好的水稳定性。
[Abstract]:In this paper, a new rapid repair material with good repair ability for various diseases of asphalt pavement is developed. The optimum formula of cold regeneration quick repair material for phosphate base asphalt pavement is determined: water cement ratio is 0.45, magnesium phosphate cement content is used. 20, water glass 5, fly ash 5, waste asphalt 70.
