公路高瓦斯隧道施工人员定位及管理系统研究

【摘要】:瓦斯是隧道工程的一个主要地质隐患。穿越煤系地层的公路、铁路隧道在逐年增多,而我国目前瓦斯隧道的施工人员管理现状大多数还停留在传统的安全员巡查阶段,人工作业仍然占据绝大比重,信息化程度比较低。信息采集依然只是单纯地依靠手工输入,无法将信息系统与隧道在班人员真正地关联起来。鉴于瓦斯事故发生的突发性,后果的惨重性,对利用信息化手段提升瓦斯隧道尤其高瓦斯隧道施工人员信息化、智能化管理的研究尤为重要。RFID技术在国内的急速发展给高瓦斯隧道的智能化管理带来了新的机遇。为提高高瓦斯隧道管理工作的信息化水平,推动高瓦斯隧道施工人员管理工作向制度化、规范化、实时化发展,确保高瓦斯隧道施工安全、稳定,逐步实现高瓦斯隧道施工智能化、全方位定位奠定了坚实基础。 本文依托丹景山2#高瓦斯隧道工程,,以重庆交通大学丹景山高瓦斯隧道监控量测组与重庆开瑾公司共同研发设计的人员定位管理系统作为高瓦斯隧道施工的管理平台,对该系统在高瓦斯隧道施工人员区域定位、员工考勤、安全预警、救灾援助、日常管理等方面的实际应用进行了研究,并提出了对该系统的补充、完善意见,同时也为四川地区高瓦斯隧道施工人员信息化、智能化管理积累了经验。 高瓦斯隧道施工人员定位及管理系统主要运用了射频识别技术---RFID。通过在隧道内外布设信号接收与定位终端,为施工人员配置标识卡,实现对施工人员身份识别、定位跟踪、以及及时报警等功能。管理者可以实时地把控现场施工人员的分布状况及其运行轨迹,进行合理的调度和安全监管。事故救援过程中,救援人员依据系统提供的数据、图形等信息,可以迅速定位被困人员的位置,制定正确的救援措施,提升救援效率,有助于减少人员伤亡率。实践证明该系统能有效地防止高瓦斯隧道内施工人员工作陋习,保障施工人员的人身安全,全面提高高瓦斯隧道施工的安防管理水平。
[Abstract]:Gas is one of the main geological hidden dangers in tunnel engineering. The railway tunnel is increasing year by year on the highway passing through the coal measure strata, but most of the current management status of the gas tunnel construction personnel in our country is still at the stage of traditional safety inspector inspection. Manual work still accounts for most of the work, and the degree of informatization is relatively low. Information collection is still only relying on manual input, which can not really relate the information system to the people in the tunnel shift. In view of the sudden occurrence of gas accidents, The disastrous consequences, the use of information technology means to enhance the gas tunnel, especially the high gas tunnel construction personnel information, The research of intelligent management is especially important. The rapid development of RFID technology in China has brought a new opportunity to the intelligent management of high-gas tunnel. In order to ensure the safety and stability of the construction of high gas tunnel, the construction of high gas tunnel can be realized intelligently and orientated in all directions by promoting the management of the construction staff of high gas tunnel to systematization, standardization and real time development. Based on the Danjing2# high gas tunnel project, this paper takes the personnel positioning management system developed by Danjingshan High Gas Tunnel Monitoring and measuring Group of Chongqing Jiaotong University and Chongqing Kaijin Company as the management platform for the construction of high gas tunnel. This paper studies the practical application of the system in the area orientation of the construction personnel of high gas tunnel, staff attendance, safety early warning, disaster relief assistance, daily management and so on, and puts forward some suggestions to supplement and perfect the system. At the same time, it also accumulates experience for the informatization and intelligent management of high gas tunnel construction personnel in Sichuan area. Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) technology is mainly used in the location and management system of construction personnel in high gas tunnel. By setting up signal receiving and positioning terminals inside and outside the tunnel, identification cards are allocated for construction personnel to realize identification and location tracking of construction personnel. As well as timely alarm functions. Managers can control the distribution of construction personnel and their running tracks in real time, and carry out reasonable dispatching and safety supervision. In the process of accident rescue, rescuers provide data according to the system. Graphics and other information can quickly locate the position of trapped persons, formulate correct rescue measures, improve rescue efficiency, and help to reduce the casualty rate. Practice has proved that the system can effectively prevent the working bad habits of workers in high-gas tunnel. To ensure the personal safety of construction personnel and improve the security management level of high gas tunnel construction.
