干线公路机械设备管理模式研究及系统开发

【摘要】:随着科学技术的快速发展,传统的干线公路机械设备管理模式已经不能满足现代化干线公路机械设备管理的需求,如何对现有的干线公路机械设备进行管理,成为公路建设的一个新课题。 依据陕西省公路局统计数据显示,陕西省干线公路的机械设备的数量已达到2900多台,且机械设备种类多、分布广,给机械设备的管理与维护带来了严峻的挑战。为了提高机械设备的管理效率,同时使机械设备的管理工作达到规范化、科学化和现代化,研究新的机械设备管理模式,并开发一套专门的计算机管理软件系统已成为迫切需要。 本文以陕西省干线公路机械设备管理为依托,分析了陕西省干线公路机械设备管理模式的现状及存在的问题,提出了陕西省干线公路机械设备管理新三级模式。在此模式基础上,结合公路管理部门的实际情况,设计开发了针对陕西省干线公路的机械设备管理系统,完成的主要工作如下: 1.分析了陕西省干线公路机械设备管理模式的现状及存在的问题,提出了陕西省干线公路机械设备管理新三级模式。 2.确定了系统开发的网络、软、硬件平台和关键技术。在机械设备管理新三级模式的基础上,借助于Windows2007操作系统,以Visual Studio2010为开发平台,采用ASP.NET技术和SQL Server2005数据库技术进行了系统开发。 3.完成了系统的需求分析,详细分析了系统功能结构,完成了系统的设计,包括系统的总体构架设计、功能模块的设计、数据库设计和安全设计等。 4.开发了机械设备管理系统中的系统用户管理、设备档案管理、设备调拨管理、设备租赁管理、设备增减管理、设备事故管理、设备大中修管理和设备报废管理等模块,实现了相应的功能。 在本文提出的机械设备管理新三级模式的基础上开发的机械设备管理系统,,可以为陕西省公路局提供文档管理机制,统一管理报表和文件,大大提高机械设备管理的效率。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of science and technology, the traditional management mode of trunk highway machinery and equipment can no longer meet the needs of modern trunk highway machinery and equipment management, how to manage the existing trunk road machinery and equipment, Become a new subject of highway construction. According to the statistics of Shaanxi Provincial Highway Bureau, the number of mechanical equipment on trunk roads in Shaanxi Province has reached more than 2,900, and there are many kinds of machinery and equipment and they are widely distributed. In order to improve the management efficiency of machinery and equipment and to make the management of machinery and equipment standardized, scientific and modern, this paper studies the new management mode of machinery and equipment, which brings severe challenges to the management and maintenance of machinery and equipment. And the development of a special computer management software system has become an urgent need. Based on the management of trunk highway machinery and equipment in Shaanxi Province, this paper analyzes the present situation and existing problems of the management mode of main highway machinery and equipment in Shaanxi Province. This paper puts forward a new three-level model of mechanical equipment management for trunk highway in Shaanxi Province. On the basis of this model and the actual situation of highway management department, a mechanical equipment management system for trunk highway in Shaanxi Province is designed and developed. The main tasks accomplished are as follows:. 1. This paper analyzes the present situation and existing problems of the management mode of mechanical equipment for trunk roads in Shaanxi Province, and puts forward a new three-level model for the management of machinery and equipment of trunk roads in Shaanxi Province. 2. The network, software, hardware platform and key technology of the system development are determined. On the basis of the new three-level mode of mechanical equipment management, with the help of Windows2007 operating system, Visual Studio2010 is used as the development platform. The system is developed with ASP.NET and SQL Server2005 database technology. 3. The requirement analysis of the system is completed, the functional structure of the system is analyzed in detail, and the design of the system is completed, including the design of the overall architecture of the system, the design of the function module, the design of the database and the design of the security. 4. The modules of system user management, equipment file management, equipment allocation management, equipment leasing management, equipment increase and decrease management, equipment accident management, equipment overhaul management and equipment scrap management are developed in the mechanical equipment management system. The corresponding function is realized. The mechanical equipment management system developed on the basis of the new three-level mode of mechanical equipment management proposed in this paper can provide the document management mechanism for Shaanxi Provincial Highway Administration, and unify the management reports and documents, thus greatly improving the efficiency of mechanical equipment management.
