港口自动计费系统柔性化分析设计和实现

【摘要】:港口是水运的重要环节,因其特有的优势,在国际物流中占有重要地位。随着经济发展迅速,港口物流信息化程度越来越高。随着信息技术的发展,港口面向业务流程的信息化程度越来越高,于此相比港口计费信息化程度却严重落后,成为了港口服务质量提高的瓶颈。 计费管理是港口商务管理的重要管理部门,其主要是针对港口发生的各项业务,根据合同规则和其他规定进行收费。由于计费规则复杂,计费事实数据量大,人工计费劳动量大,计费效率很低,计费正正确性难以保证,计算和检验经常会发生重复,浪费了大量的人力成本,影响了整体港口服务效率。港口企业业务信息化的快速发展,也引领计费管理的信息化进入了一个新的阶段。 目前港口企业信息化主要是针对整体业务流程,将计费作为整个业务流程的一个节点来进行研究,实现自动计费。但是面对复杂多变的计费需求,计费系统的柔性化扩展有待实现。本文对计费的研究主要是从工程的角度,对计费系统的业务流程、柔性化计费架构、计费系统柔性化实现进行分析和研究。该系统实现了整个广州港集团的统一集中管理,增加了信息流动强度,便于集团管理下属子公司。 实现计费功能的柔性化扩展是本文研究的主要内容。本文在自动计费系统的基础上,通过分析总结,提取出扩展计费功能的方案,实现了快速稳定地扩展系统计费功能的需求,即实现了计费功能的柔性化扩展。这是港口计费管理的一大进步。适应了港口灵活多变的计费需求,实现了系统功能的快速稳定扩展。
[Abstract]:Port is an important link of waterway transportation, because of its unique advantage, it occupies an important position in international logistics. With the rapid development of economy, the information level of port logistics becomes higher and higher. With the development of information technology, The information level of port oriented business process is becoming higher and higher, but compared with the information level of port accounting, it has become the bottleneck of port service quality improvement. Accounting management is an important management department of port business management. It mainly aims at the various business happening in the port and charges according to the contract rules and other regulations. Because of the complexity of charging rules, the amount of accounting facts is large. The labor of manual accounting is large, the efficiency of charging is very low, the correctness of charging is difficult to guarantee, the calculation and inspection will often be repeated, and a large amount of manpower cost will be wasted. It affects the efficiency of port service. The rapid development of port business information also leads the accounting management information into a new stage. At present, the information of port enterprise is mainly aimed at the whole business process, the accounting is regarded as a node of the whole business process to carry on the research, realize the automatic charging, but in the face of the complicated and changeable charging demand, The flexible expansion of billing system needs to be realized. In this paper, the research on billing is mainly from the point of view of engineering, the business process of billing system, flexible billing architecture, This system realizes the unified centralized management of the whole Guangzhou Port Group, increases the intensity of information flow, and is convenient for the group to manage its subsidiaries. The flexible expansion of charging function is the main content of this paper. On the basis of automatic billing system, this paper extracts the scheme of extending charging function by analyzing and summarizing. It realizes the requirement of extending the charging function of the system quickly and stably, that is, the flexible expansion of the charging function, which is a great progress of the port accounting management, and adapts to the flexible charging demand of the port. The fast and stable expansion of the system function is realized.
