微沥青碎石配合比设计方法研究

【摘要】:当前,半刚性基层沥青路面是我国高等级公路的主要形式,但是在使用过程中,容易出现由于半刚性基层开裂而导致的沥青面层反射裂缝,严重影响道路使用寿命。如何抑制半刚性基层沥青路面的反射裂缝已经成为当前研究的热点问题。 目前国内外采取的处置方法,尚不能有效解决反射裂缝问题。论文在国内外现有处置措施的基础上,首次提出微沥青碎石混合料作为沥青面层与半刚性基层之间的过渡层,以达到抑制反射裂缝的作用。针对微沥青碎石技术特点,提出了原材料基本性能要求。采用多级嵌挤理论,得出微沥青碎石级配。采用黏聚性试验,确定其最小沥青用量。采用析漏试验,确定其最大沥青用量。在沥青用量范围内,综合考虑微沥青碎石体积指标与CBR值,确定微沥青碎石最佳沥青用量,最终确定微沥青碎石配合比。通过抗变形性能、水稳定性能、黏聚性能对配合比进行验证,并建议微沥青碎石路用性能评价指标。对微沥青碎石回弹模量和渗水特性展开研究,推荐了回弹模量和渗水性能评价方法。通过铺筑试验路,提出微沥青碎石施工工艺控制要点。对试验路的观测表明,微沥青碎石过渡层可有效抑制反射裂缝的出现。 研究成果将推动微沥青碎石的应用与推广,有助于解决半刚性基层沥青路面反射裂缝问题及由此引发的各种病害,从而减小养护成本,延长道路使用寿命,,具有重要的工程应用前景及巨大的社会经济效益。
[Abstract]:At present, the asphalt pavement with semi-rigid base is the main form of high grade highway in our country, but in the process of using, it is easy to appear the reflection crack of asphalt surface caused by the cracking of semi-rigid base. How to suppress the reflection crack of semi-rigid base asphalt pavement has become a hot issue in current research. At present, the problem of reflection crack can not be effectively solved by the disposal methods adopted at home and abroad. On the basis of the existing disposal measures at home and abroad, it is the first time that the micro-asphalt macadam mixture is proposed as the transition layer between the asphalt surface layer and semi-rigid base course. In order to restrain the reflection crack, according to the technical characteristics of micro-asphalt macadam, the basic performance requirements of raw materials are put forward. The gradation of micro-asphalt macadam is obtained by adopting multi-stage embossing theory, and the agglomeration test is adopted. In the range of asphalt dosage, considering the volume index of micro-asphalt macadam and CBR value, the optimum asphalt dosage of micro-asphalt macadam is determined. Finally, the mix ratio of micro-asphalt macadam is determined. The mix ratio is verified by deformation resistance, water stability and agglomeration, and the evaluation index of road performance of micro-asphalt macadam is suggested. The resilient modulus and water permeation characteristics of micro-asphalt macadam are studied. The evaluation method of resilience modulus and seepage performance is recommended. The key points of construction technology control of micro-asphalt macadam are put forward by paving test road. The observation of test road shows that the transition layer of micro-asphalt macadam can effectively restrain the occurrence of reflection crack. The research results will promote the application and popularization of micro-asphalt macadam, and help to solve the problem of reflection crack of semi-rigid base asphalt pavement and all kinds of diseases caused therefrom, thus reducing the maintenance cost and prolonging the service life of the road. It has an important prospect of engineering application and great social and economic benefits.
