信息化视角下道路货运企业营销成本研究

【摘要】:摘要:道路运输业是国民经济发展中的第三服务产业,是国民经济发展的重要基础,承担着社会货运量的很大比重,其对保障国民经济持续健康快速发展、人民生活的改善具有十分重要的意义。有效合理的道路运输体系关系着我国各地实体经济的健康发展。近年来经济的快速发展促进了各行业整合的步伐,然而作为服务产业的道路运输业却没有因此而走上大而强的道路,却仍然是以弱小的企业占据着市场的大部分份额。行业集中度低引发了很多问题,比如企业恶性竞争严重、企业运行效率和盈利能力不高、企业没有核心竞争力等等。如何解决目前这种企业规模过小的现象,完善行业市场结构是本文主要研究的问题。 文章在规模经济等相关理论的基础之上,通过实地调研,发现目前货运企业存在两种不同的商业发展模式,一种是传统货运企业在自身充足的资产基础上,大力发展信息化,进而实现信息化的道路货运企业;另外一种是以信息系统为依托,努力扩大自身资产规模来达到信息化的道路货运企业。两种模式代表了不同的产业进入方式,但最终的结果是一致的。针对第一种模式,本文为其构建了符合长期发展的网络信息平台;针对第二种模式,本文建议其采用挂靠机制来迅速扩大资产规模。最后,文章针对行业的发展提出了自己的看法和建议。
[Abstract]:Abstract: road transportation industry is the third service industry in the development of national economy, which is the important foundation of national economy development, and bears a large proportion of the social freight transportation, which can ensure the sustained, healthy and rapid development of the national economy. The improvement of people's life is of great significance. An effective and reasonable road transportation system is related to the healthy development of the real economy in various parts of our country. In recent years, the rapid development of the economy has promoted the pace of the integration of various industries. However, the road transportation industry, as a service industry, has not taken the big and strong road, but still takes up most of the market share by the weak enterprises. The low concentration of the industry has caused many problems, such as the serious vicious competition among enterprises. The operation efficiency and profitability of enterprises are not high, and enterprises have no core competitiveness, etc. How to solve the phenomenon that the scale of enterprises is too small at present, and how to perfect the market structure of the industry is the main research problem in this paper. Based on the theory of economies of scale and other related theories, the paper finds that there are two different modes of commercial development in freight transport enterprises, one is that traditional freight enterprises develop informatization on the basis of their own sufficient assets. The other is the road freight enterprise based on information system to expand its own assets to reach the information-based road freight enterprise. The two models represent different ways of industry entry. But the final result is consistent. For the first model, this paper constructs a network information platform for its long-term development; for the second model, this paper proposes to use the linkage mechanism to rapidly expand the scale of assets. According to the development of the industry, the article puts forward its own views and suggestions.
