柳南高速公路路基拓宽修筑技术研究

【摘要】:随着我国国民经济的不断增长,对交通运输的需求也在不断的扩张。我国现有高速公路已基本不能满足快速发展的交通需求,因此,将面临大规模的高速公路改扩建现象。相比之下,高速公路拓宽改建工程不同于新建工程,我国对此项研究起步比较晚,技术相对落后,还没有形成相对成熟的施工工艺和质量控制方法。尤其是特殊地质路段,是整个拓宽改建工程中的薄弱环节,不仅要从设计的角度考虑高速公路拓宽修筑技术,而且还要从工程施工的角度来分析其特殊性,从而提高特殊路基的整体强度和稳定性。本论文结合柳南高速公路六景西枢纽互通加减速车道延长工程为背景,进行设计、修筑试验路,研究高速公路路基拓宽修筑技术。1.结合国内外研究现状,设计了三种试验路方案,并分别进行了沉降观测、压实方案和质量检测,得出适合于高液限土各区的施工工艺和质量控制方法。2.对路基填料进行了试验分析,得出湿法标准击实试验获得的最大干密度和最佳含水量作为质量控制标准更合理。3.通过FLAC3D对拓宽路基进行了沉降计算和位移计算,试验路方案2引起的差异沉降和水平位移均最小,并与实测数据进行对比,验证了试验路方案2高液限土修筑路基的可行性。4.对试验路方案研究分析,得出本地区高液限土路基拓宽修筑压实工艺:即22t压路机:静压1遍,强振3遍,静压1遍;30t压路机:静压1遍,强振2遍,静压1遍。因此,通过柳南高速六景西枢纽互通加减速车道延长工程,提出了拓宽修筑技术施工工艺和控制方法。同时,为我国高速公路改扩建技术提供参考。
[Abstract]:With the continuous growth of our national economy, the demand for transportation is also expanding. The existing highway in our country can no longer meet the rapid development of traffic demand, so, In contrast, the expressway widening and rebuilding project is different from the new construction project. Our country started this research relatively late, and the technology is relatively backward. Relatively mature construction techniques and quality control methods have not yet been formed, especially special geological sections, which are the weak links in the whole widening and rebuilding project. Not only should we consider highway widening and construction technology from the point of view of design, Moreover, it is necessary to analyze its particularity from the point of view of engineering construction, so as to improve the overall strength and stability of special roadbed. To construct the test road, to study the technology of widening and constructing expressway roadbed. 1. According to the present research situation at home and abroad, three kinds of test road schemes are designed, and the settlement observation, compaction scheme and quality inspection are carried out respectively. The construction technology and quality control method for each zone of high liquid limit soil are obtained. 2. The subgrade filler is tested and analyzed. It is concluded that the maximum dry density and the best water content obtained from the wet standard compaction test are more reasonable as the quality control standards. The settlement calculation and displacement calculation of the widening roadbed are carried out through FLAC3D. The difference settlement and horizontal displacement caused by scheme 2 of test road are minimum, and compared with the measured data, the feasibility of constructing roadbed with high liquid limit soil in scheme 2 of test road is verified. The construction and compaction technology of high liquid limit soil roadbed in this area is obtained: 22t road roller: static pressure once, strong vibration 3 times, static pressure 1 time, strong vibration 2 times, static pressure 1 time, static pressure 1 time. Through the project of extending the speed and deceleration lane of Liujing West Hub of Liujing Expressway in Liunan, the construction technology and control method of widening construction technology are put forward. At the same time, reference is provided for the reconstruction and extension technology of expressway in our country.
