三塔悬索桥钢箱梁吊装关键技术研究

【摘要】:三塔悬索桥是一种新型的桥梁结构,跨越能力强,,适用于跨越辽阔的大江、大河及海湾工程。然而,这种结构形式在付诸工程实践时,尤其是在施工中,还有一些值得深入研究的问题。论文以某三塔两跨连续悬索桥为工程背景,以有限位移理论为基础,分别针对三塔悬索桥主梁从跨中向桥塔方向吊装和从桥塔向跨中方向吊装的施工顺序,用有限元软件进行了详细的施工过程倒拆分析,得出钢箱梁安装过程中桥塔侧主缆倾角变化规律、主缆与桥塔边缘垂直距离分布和变化规律、吊索轴力分布变化规律、梁段下缘开口距分布变化规律,对比分析各指标给出推荐的施工顺序。针对推荐的施工顺序,论文建立了单独的索塔模型,研究索鞍顶推滑移规律,得出加劲梁施工中索鞍顶推阶段和顶推量;研究了两跨不对称吊装对中塔塔顶位移、中塔塔顶索鞍主缆抗滑移安全系数的影响,给出两跨吊装施工时的控制指标。结果表明从跨中向两塔方向的施工顺序对结构受力较为有利;该研究对三塔悬索桥的钢箱梁施工有一定的工程指导意义。
[Abstract]:The three-tower suspension bridge is a new type of bridge structure, which has strong ability to cross the vast river, river and bay. However, this structure form is applied in engineering practice, especially in construction. There are also some problems worthy of further study. This paper takes a three-tower two-span continuous suspension bridge as the engineering background and based on the theory of finite displacement. According to the construction sequence of the main girder of the three-tower suspension bridge from the mid-span to the tower direction and from the bridge tower to the cross-Chinese side direction, the detailed construction process is analyzed with the finite element software. In the process of installation of steel box girder, the variation law of inclination angle of the main cable on the side of the bridge tower, the distribution and variation of vertical distance between the main cable and the edge of the bridge tower, the distribution of the axial force of the slings and the distribution of the opening distance at the lower edge of the girder section are obtained. According to the recommended construction sequence, a separate cable tower model is established, and the sliding law of cable saddle is studied, and the stage and amount of cable saddle pushing in the construction of stiffened beam are obtained. The effect of two-span asymmetric hoisting on the displacement of the tower top and the safety factor of anti-slip of the main cable of the cable saddle at the top of the tower are studied. The control index of two-span hoisting construction is given. The results show that the construction sequence from the span to the middle of the tower is more favorable to the stress of the structure, and the research has a certain engineering guiding significance for the construction of the steel box girder of the three-tower suspension bridge.
