城市公交站场选址与布局优化方法研究

【摘要】:随着我国城镇化发展进入新阶段,城市居民数量不断的增长,随之而来的城市交通问题越来越严重。优先发展公共交通是解决不断严重的城市交通问题的主要方式之一。作为城市公交系统的基础设施、关键节点的城市公交站场在系统中起着基础核心作用,在当前的城市化发展过程中,站场的选址、布局形式的设置有三个重要意义,其一可以有效提高公交的通行效率;其二可以节约土地资料,降低运营成本,提高公交企业收益;其三可以降低环境污染,做到“绿色公交”,实现城市公交的可持续发展。 论文依托国家自然科学青年基金资助项目《面向车辆调度的公交动态网络复杂性及其实证研究》(No.51308176)课题内容来展开研究。首先,从城市公交‘站’和公交‘场’的功能分析入手,对城市公交站、场进行分类。并提出了主辅停靠站、路外停靠站等各类停靠站设置方式。 其次,综合考虑城市公交出行需求预测、公交企业运营,公交场现况、土地供给等因素,探讨了确定规划期公交站场总用地规模的方法;在连续、离散选址模型的基础上,建立以连续型选址方法初选、离散选址方法复选、同时以Delphi专家咨询对比的优化选址方法,进行合理选址。 再次,城市公交站选址布局方面,对公交运营特征、乘客需求、服务响应、乘车安全、通行能力、环境保护、站点交通影响因素进行分析,以站的位置、型式、功能为对象,考虑安全性,从公交通行效率和经营效益角度出发,研究了直线式、港湾式、主辅式等停靠站的泊位数组成及通行能力之间的关系,并提出了直线式、港湾式停靠站的设置位置以及主辅式停靠站的合理组合方式。 最后,以安徽省六安市城市公共交通规划为实例应用,得出了六安市城市公交站场规模、选址布局的规划方案,在实践中验证了上述理论主法的有效性。
[Abstract]:With the development of urbanization in China entering a new stage, the number of urban residents continues to grow. The following urban traffic problems are becoming more and more serious. Priority development of public transport is one of the main ways to solve the increasingly serious urban traffic problems. As the infrastructure of urban public transport system, The key nodes of the city bus stop play a central role in the system. In the current urbanization process, the location and layout of the station has three important significance: first, it can effectively improve the transit efficiency; Second, it can save land data, reduce operation cost, and improve the income of public transport enterprises; third, it can reduce environmental pollution, achieve "green public transport", and realize the sustainable development of urban public transport. This thesis is based on the project "complexity and empirical study of bus dynamic Network for vehicle Dispatch" funded by National Natural Science Youth Foundation. Starting with the analysis of the functions of the city bus' station 'and the bus' yard', this paper classifies the city's bus station and yard, and puts forward the main and auxiliary parking stations, off-road parking stations and other kinds of parking stations. Secondly, considering the factors such as city bus travel demand prediction, bus enterprise operation, bus yard status, land supply and so on, the paper discusses the method of determining the total land use scale of public transport station in the planning period, on the basis of continuous, discrete location model, and so on. The optimal location selection method is established with continuous selection method, discrete site selection method and Delphi expert consultation. Third, the location layout of urban public transport station, the characteristics of bus operation, passenger demand, service response, vehicle safety, capacity, environmental protection, station traffic impact factors are analyzed, with the station location, type, function as the object, Considering the safety, this paper studies the relationship between the berth composition and the traffic capacity of the straight line, harbor type, main auxiliary type and so on from the point of view of transit efficiency and operation benefit, and puts forward the straight-line type. The location and reasonable combination of main and auxiliary docking stations. Finally, taking the urban public transport planning of Lu'an City in Anhui Province as an example, the planning scheme of the scale and location of the public transport station in Luan City is obtained, and the effectiveness of the above theory and main method is verified in practice.
