混凝土桥梁内部缺损无损检测技术及评定标准研究

【摘要】:自上世纪80年代,随着交通运输业的快速发展,我国建设了大量的混凝土桥梁。随着桥龄的增加,混凝土桥梁内部缺陷问题日益突出,严重影响桥梁的安全性、适用性以及耐久性。因此对服役混凝土桥梁进行病害研究以及开展以监测和评估为重点的管养工作是非常必要的。 随着无损检测技术的发展,对大体积混凝土构件内部缺陷问题进行无损检测逐渐的到应用。而对服役混凝土桥梁进行无损检测和有效评估,更准确地地判断结构的残余承载能力,进而做出科学的决策,对节约社会资源、保护环境,是非常有意义的。 基于上述提出的问题,,本文主要工作有:(1)调查了广东省部分公路混凝土桥梁,对混凝土桥梁典型病害进行了分析、归纳及总结;(2)研究了基于结构构件功能的内部缺损分级评价方法;(3)基于上述研究的成果,初步编制了混凝土桥梁内部缺损无损检测技术及评定标准。并通过工程案例验证了本文研究成果的可操作性和有效性。
[Abstract]:Since the 1980s, with the rapid development of transportation and transportation, a large number of concrete bridges have been built in China. With the increase of bridge age, the internal defects of concrete bridges become increasingly prominent, which seriously affect the safety of bridges. Therefore, it is necessary to study the damage of concrete bridges in service and to carry out management and maintenance work with emphasis on monitoring and evaluation. With the development of nondestructive testing (NDT) technology, nondestructive testing (NDT) is gradually applied to the internal defects of mass concrete members. It is very meaningful to judge the residual bearing capacity of the structure more accurately and make scientific decision, which is of great significance for saving social resources and protecting the environment. Based on the above mentioned questions, the main work of this paper is to investigate some highway concrete bridges in Guangdong Province, and analyze the typical diseases of concrete bridges. This paper summarizes and summarizes the internal defect grading evaluation method based on the function of structural components. (2) based on the results of the above research, the paper studies the internal defect grading evaluation method based on the function of structural components. The nondestructive detection technology and evaluation standard for internal defects of concrete bridges are preliminarily worked out, and the maneuverability and effectiveness of the research results are verified by engineering cases.
