基于多目标综合评价系统的道路选线优化研究

【摘要】:道路建设项目,是一项涉及领域非常广泛,影响因素众多且技术性与政策性很强的工作,加之其工程难度大、工期长、投资大且影响深远,所以在确定道路建设方案时,应该慎之又慎。道路选线工作是道路建设的首要工作,选线的合理与否直接决定了道路工程施工的具体方案,科学合理的选线方案,不但可以使构筑物稳定耐久、易于养护,而且还可以提高行车的安全性及经济舒适性,真正地做到工程费用与使用质量的统一。所以进行道路选线设计时,应全面考虑各种因素的影响,应力求从工程本身、经济及社会等各个方面进行综合考虑,从而得到最理想的方案。 本文通过对道路选线的基本理论进行分析,对目前我国道路选线现状进行总结,提出其不足之处,在此基础上,引入多目标综合评价理论,对系统中各类指标的处理方法、赋权方法及综合评价模型进行了详细的分析,并以此为基础构建了道路选线综合评价指标体系。体系中以道路选线综合最优为总目标,以选线技术指标、经济指标与环境指标为子目标,并对各子目标选取相应的约束因素进行评价。对于子目标与总目标之间权重系数,本文采用改进的层次分析法进行计算;对于各约束因素与各指标之间的权重系数,本文考虑到主、客观赋权法的优缺点,采用改进的层次分析法与标准离差法相结合的综合集成赋权法来确定其权重值,最后建立了线性加权综合评价模型对各个备选方案进行综合评价,得出最优的选线方案。 本文选取滁州市某一道路选线工程实例,进行选线方案的多目标综合评价。该实例证明了多目标综合评价系统在道路选线优化中的科学性与合理性,,也证明了本研究的重要意义。论文最后对研究内容进行总结,并提出了该研究的不足之处及今后的努力方向。
[Abstract]:Road construction projects, involving a very wide field, many influencing factors and technology and work with very strong policy, coupled with the construction difficult, long construction period, large investment and a far-reaching influence, so in determining the road construction project, should be cautious. Road alignment is the first work of road construction, selection the line is reasonable or not directly determine the specific project of road engineering construction, scientific and reasonable scheme can not only make the structure stable and durable, easy to maintain, but also can improve the traffic safety and economic comfort, truly achieve the engineering cost and service quality. So the unified road alignment design that should fully consider various factors, should be sought from the project itself, the economic and social aspects of a comprehensive consideration, so as to get the optimal solution.
In this paper, through the analysis of the basic theory of line selection on the road, the current road line selection are summarized, put forward the deficiencies, on this basis, the introduction of multi objective comprehensive evaluation theory, method of dealing with all kinds of index system, weighting method and comprehensive evaluation model are analyzed in detail, and then the foundation of the road line selection system. The comprehensive evaluation index system to comprehensive optimal road line selection for the overall objective of the line selection of technical indicators, economic indicators and environmental indicators as the target, and select the corresponding constraint factors to evaluate each sub goal. The weight coefficient between the target and the overall goal, the the improved AHP for weight coefficient calculation; between the various factors and constraints of each index, considering the main advantages and disadvantages, objective weighting method, using AHP and improved standard deviation The comprehensive weighting method is used to determine the weight value. Finally, a linear weighted comprehensive evaluation model is established to evaluate the alternatives comprehensively, and the best line selection plan is obtained.
This paper selects a Chuzhou road line selection project, multi-objective comprehensive evaluation of line selection scheme. The examples prove that the multi-objective comprehensive evaluation system on road alignment optimization is scientific and reasonable, also proved the importance of this research. At the end of this paper summarizes the research contents, and put forward limitations of this study and future direction.
