城市交通治堵策略评价模型及实证研究——以杭州市为例

【摘要】:以杭州市为例,设计李克特量表获取评分,然后构建AHP-GRAM评价模型对各种"治堵"策略进行综合评价。结果表明,有车族和无车族对"收费式"治堵及限牌等措施的看法存在一定的差异;交通需求控制、文明交通管理、交通路网建设和公交优化策略的"治堵"效应依次加强。
[Abstract]:Taking Hangzhou as an example, this paper designs the Richter scale to get the score, and then constructs the AHP-GRAM evaluation model to evaluate comprehensively the various strategies of "controlling plugging". There are some differences in the views of the car owners and the car owners on the measures of "charging" and limiting the license, and the effect of the traffic demand control, the civilized traffic management, the traffic network construction and the optimization strategy of the public transportation is strengthened in turn.
