SWFC连续刚构桥结构受力性能研究

【摘要】:本文依托周志祥教授所承担的交通运输部建设科技项目“SWFC复合结构在西藏地区连续刚构桥中的应用研究”,探索了一种复杂条件下SWFC连续刚构桥建设技术。本文主要研究工作及结论如下: ①在带肋钢板-砼复合梁前期研究成果的基础上提出SWFC复合结构,针对依托工程完成了SWFC连续刚构桥结构方案设计。 ②结合带肋钢板-砼复合梁的试验数据,根据物理方程、静力平衡和变形协调条件推导了带肋钢板-砼复合梁开裂弯矩计算公式。 ③基于现有钢筋混凝土结构裂缝宽度计算模型,结合带肋钢板-砼复合梁与钢筋混凝土梁的试验数据,考虑带肋钢板对裂缝的制约作用,建立了带肋钢板-砼复合梁裂缝宽度计算公式。 ④基于现有钢筋混凝土统一本构已有研究成果,建立带肋钢板-砼复合试验梁的有限元模型,,分析表明该有限元模型能较好地描述梁的全过程力学行为;在此基础上建立了依托工程SWFC连续刚构桥有限元模型,研究其在不同荷载工况作用下结构的力学行为。
[Abstract]:Based on Professor Zhou Zhixiang's scientific and technological project of Ministry of Communications and Transport, "the Application of SWFC Composite structure in continuous rigid frame Bridge in Tibet", this paper explores the construction technology of SWFC continuous rigid frame Bridge under complex conditions. The findings of the study are as follows:. 1 on the basis of the previous research results of ribbed steel-concrete composite beam, the SWFC composite structure is put forward, and the structural scheme design of SWFC continuous rigid frame bridge is completed for the supporting project. Based on the experimental data of ribbed steel-concrete composite beam, the formula for calculating crack moment of ribbed steel plate-concrete composite beam is derived according to physical equation, static equilibrium and deformation coordination condition. (3) based on the existing crack width calculation model of reinforced concrete structure, combined with the experimental data of ribbed plate-concrete composite beam and reinforced concrete beam, the restricted effect of ribbed steel plate on crack is considered. The formula for calculating crack width of steel plate-concrete composite beam with ribs is established. (4) based on the existing research results of the unified constitutive structure of reinforced concrete, the finite element model of the steel-concrete composite test beam with ribs is established, and the analysis shows that the finite element model can better describe the full process mechanical behavior of the beam; Based on this, the finite element model of SWFC continuous rigid frame bridge is established, and the mechanical behavior of the structure under different load conditions is studied.
