改性沥青显微形态结构及其与性能的关系

【摘要】:改性沥青以其优良的使用性能而得到了广泛的应用,作为一种混合体系,改性沥青是聚合物溶胀于沥青中,从而将聚合物的性能传递到沥青中去,其宏观性能上表现出来的不同,究其根本都是改性剂在沥青中的相态、形状、尺寸和均匀性等微观形态共同作用的结果。因此,对改性沥青的显微结构加以研究,揭示其微观结构与宏观性能的相互关系已势在必行。 本研究在前期研究基础之上从剪切时间、溶胀时间两个方面考察了制备工艺参数对SBS改性沥青技术指标的影响。在延长剪切时间及溶胀时间的条件下揭示宏观性能和微观参数的联系,并探寻相容性SBS改性沥青微观特征的描述方法。得到如下研究成果: 通过延长剪切时间发现SBS改性沥青软化点、粘度、复数模量逐渐呈现缓慢上升的趋势。相容后数值保持稳定,波动幅度较小,对于金陵70#道路石油沥青,在3%-9%掺量下,星型SBS比线型SBS相容性略好,推荐两种改性沥青剪切时间为90min。改性沥青共混的分散过程是一个动态平衡过程,在改性沥青达到相容之后仍在继续进行;改性沥青显微形态的参数一直处于周期性波动之中,后期周期时间缩短。 溶胀工艺使得线型SBS改性沥青在同等剪切时间下软化点、粘度、复数模量均有所增加,相对于星型结构其更容易发生溶胀,推荐溶胀时间为60min;而对于星型结构SBS,软化点增加幅度明显,粘度、复数模量数值下降。 改性沥青达到相容之前,性能波动较大,即使是达到相容之后,最终可以趋于稳定。其改性剂面积百分率及平均面积在达到相容后波动幅度较小,聚合物尺寸分布更为均匀,改性沥青聚合物的分布以聚集分布为主;长短轴之比及其标准差在剪切过程中均呈现的周期性波动,波动幅度较大。 其次采用回归分析对改性沥青微观参数和宏观性能的关系进行拟合,两种改性沥青的性能与显微形态结构之间均呈现出较好的相关关系。 对于回归方程拟合的相关性大小,本文采用灰色系统关联度进行验证,研究结果表明:星型结构SBS改性沥青宏观性能与平均面积、面积百分率的相关性更优、关联度也更好,线型SBS改性沥青宏观性能与颗粒长短轴之比、长短轴之比标准差相关性以及关联度要优于平均面积、面积百分率。星型结构SBS改性沥青宏观与微观参数整体拟合度优于线型结构SBS改性沥青。
[Abstract]:Modified asphalt has been widely used because of its excellent performance. As a mixed system, modified asphalt is polymer swelling in asphalt, so the performance of polymer is transferred to asphalt. The difference in its macroscopic performance is basically the result of the interaction of the phase state, shape, size and uniformity of the modifier in the asphalt. Therefore, the microstructure of the modified asphalt is studied. It is imperative to reveal the relationship between microstructure and macroscopic performance. This study is based on previous studies from the shear time, The influence of preparing process parameters on the technical indexes of SBS modified asphalt was investigated from two aspects of swelling time. The relationship between macroscopic properties and microscopic parameters was revealed under the condition of prolonging shear time and swelling time. The method of describing the microcosmic characteristics of SBS modified asphalt is explored. The results are as follows:. The softening point, viscosity and complex modulus of SBS modified asphalt were found to be increasing slowly by prolonging the shear time, and the values remained stable after compatibility, and the fluctuation was relatively small. For Jinling 70# road petroleum asphalt, 3- 9% was added to the asphalt. The compatibility of star SBS is better than that of linear SBS, and it is recommended that the shear time of the two modified asphalt is 90 min. The dispersing process of modified asphalt blend is a dynamic equilibrium process, which is still going on after the modified asphalt is compatible. The parameters of micromorphology of modified asphalt have been fluctuating periodically and the period of later period has been shortened. The swelling process results in the increase of softening point, viscosity and complex modulus of linear SBS modified asphalt at the same shear time, which is more likely to occur swelling than that of star structure. It is recommended that the swelling time be 60 min, while for star structure SBS, the softening point increases obviously, the viscosity and the complex modulus decrease. Before the modified asphalt reaches the compatibility, the performance fluctuates greatly, even after it reaches the compatibility, it can eventually become stable. The area percentage and the average area of the modifier are smaller after the compatibilization, and the size distribution of the polymer is more uniform. The main distribution of modified asphalt polymer is aggregation distribution, and the ratio of long and short axis and its standard deviation fluctuate periodically in the shear process, and the fluctuation range is large. Secondly, regression analysis was used to fit the relationship between the microcosmic parameters and macroscopic properties of modified asphalt. The relationship between the performance and microstructure of modified asphalt showed a good correlation. The correlation of regression equation fitting is verified by grey system correlation degree. The results show that the correlation between macroscopic performance and average area, area percentage of star SBS modified asphalt is better, and the correlation degree is better. The ratio of macroscopic properties of linear SBS modified asphalt to the long and short axis of particles, the correlation of the ratio standard deviation of the long and short axis and the correlation degree are better than the average area. Area percentage. The overall fitting of macroscopic and microscopic parameters of star-shaped SBS modified asphalt is better than that of linear SBS modified asphalt.
