高速公路沥青路面养护管理决策优化研究

【摘要】:经过几十年的发展,我国路网规模日趋完善,面临着“建设为主”向“养护为主”的重大转变,路面养护管理问题也越来越受到普遍关注。在此背景下,作为一种系统化、科学化的管理和辅助决策工具,路面养护管理系统(PMMS)能够不断优化和提高管理、决策水平,使公路在整个生命周期内有较好的使用性能和较高的服务水平。 本文首先从路面性能要求出发,分析了公路沥青路面主要病害及成因,阐述了沥青路面使用性能评价方法,建立了预测公路路面使用性能的马尔科夫模型,并通过实例分析验证了预测模型的适用性。 其次,介绍了系统决策的基本原理与方法,制定了养护决策优化的框架体系,并从网级路面养护管理的实际需求出发,,调整了路面性能组合状态,应用决策树分析方法提出了针对性的养护对策;引入了交通管理“重要路段”的概念,建立了路网重要路段的评价模型,实现了路面养护管理的路段排序。 最后,对比分析了网级路面养护资金分配方法,应用0-1数学规划方法建立了路面养护资金优化分配方法,通过先计算最小养护资金,在此基础上再确定路面性能提升最大的资金分配方案,实现了资金和性能最优平衡。 本文研究解决了高速公路沥青路面养护决策优化的问题,指出公路路面养护管理系统决策优化的核心在于确定最小预算资金和在最小预算资金的条件下最优养护方案。
[Abstract]:After decades of development, China's road network scale is becoming more and more perfect, faced with the "construction-oriented" to "maintenance-oriented" major transformation, pavement maintenance and management issues are more and more widespread concern. In this context, as a systematic, With scientific management and auxiliary decision-making tools, PMMSs can continuously optimize and improve the management and decision-making level, so that the highway has better performance and higher service level in the whole life cycle. Based on the requirements of pavement performance, this paper analyzes the main diseases and causes of asphalt pavement, expounds the evaluation method of asphalt pavement performance, and establishes a Markov model to predict the performance of highway pavement. The applicability of the prediction model is verified by an example. Secondly, the basic principle and method of system decision are introduced, the frame system of maintenance decision optimization is established, and the state of pavement performance combination is adjusted according to the actual requirement of network pavement maintenance management. Using the method of decision tree analysis, the paper puts forward the corresponding maintenance countermeasures, introduces the concept of "important section" of traffic management, establishes the evaluation model of important section of road network, and realizes the ranking of road sections in road maintenance management. Finally, the paper compares and analyzes the distribution methods of the maintenance funds of the net-level pavement, establishes the optimal allocation method of the pavement maintenance funds by using 0-1 mathematical planning method, and calculates the minimum maintenance funds first. On this basis, the optimal balance of funds and performance is achieved by determining the maximum fund allocation scheme for improving pavement performance. This paper studies and solves the problem of highway asphalt pavement maintenance decision optimization, and points out that the core of highway pavement maintenance management system decision optimization is to determine the minimum budget funds and the optimal maintenance scheme under the condition of minimum budget funds.
