南方公路隧道健康诊断与状态评估方法研究

【摘要】:在我国,很多地区都存在山岭地形,南方地区的山岭尤其多。因此为了缩短公路里程、改善公路线形和行车舒适性,越来越多的隧道方案在山区公路建设中被采用。据统计,截止到2013年底,广西全区高速公路总里程达突破4000公里,其中修建了大量隧道。但是由于各种原因导致隧道出现各种病害,因此建立南方公路隧道健康诊断与状态评估方法将对隧道养护有着积极的意义。主要内容有: (1)在综合考虑隧道病害成因和隧道结构力学特性的基础上,建立同时考虑表观病害和结构性能的指标体系,利用ANSYS建立初衬与二衬的有限元模型来得出结构性能静力指标体系,通过调查数条隧道的病害后得出表观病害指标。 (2)采用混凝土容许应力和极限应力作为二衬拉应力的判定标准,采用钢筋的标准值与容许应力作为锚杆的判定标准,参考相关文献与规范,提出其他指标的判定标准;采用了乘积标度法确定了表观病害底层指标权重值和结构性能中间层指标权重值,采用正交设计原理和广义回归神经网络法(GRNN)确定表观病害中间层指标权重值,采用主观赋权法确定了顶层指标的权重值。 (3)着重研究了模糊综合评价方法中的隶属函数,分别采用柯西分布与岭型分布构造隶属函数,通过计算结果来确定隶属函数的选取,建立基于模糊理论的南方公路隧道健康状态三级综合评估模型,并利用该模型对工程实例进行了详细分析。
[Abstract]:In China, mountain terrain exists in many areas, especially in the south. Therefore, in order to shorten highway mileage and improve road alignment and driving comfort, more and more tunnel schemes have been adopted in mountain highway construction. According to statistics, By the end of 2013, the total mileage of highways in Guangxi had exceeded 4000 kilometers, among which a large number of tunnels had been built. However, due to various reasons, there were various diseases in the tunnels. Therefore, the establishment of health diagnosis and condition assessment method for Southern Highway Tunnel will have positive significance for tunnel maintenance. The main contents are as follows:. 1) on the basis of considering the causes of tunnel diseases and the mechanical properties of tunnel structure, an index system considering both apparent disease and structural performance is established, and the static index system of structure performance is obtained by using ANSYS to establish the finite element model of initial lining and second lining. The apparent disease index was obtained by investigating several tunnel diseases. (2) adopting the allowable stress and limit stress of concrete as the criterion of the tensile stress of the second lining, the standard value and the allowable stress of the steel bar as the criterion of the anchor rod, and referring to the relevant documents and codes, the judgment standard of other indexes is put forward. The product scaling method is used to determine the weight value of the underlying index and the intermediate layer index of the structural performance, and the weight value of the index value of the intermediate layer of the apparent disease is determined by the principle of orthogonal design and the generalized regression neural network method (GRNN). The weight of top level index is determined by subjective weighting method. The membership function of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is studied emphatically. The membership function is constructed by using Cauchy distribution and ridge distribution, and the selection of membership function is determined by the result of calculation. Based on the fuzzy theory, a three-level comprehensive assessment model of the health status of Southern Highway Tunnel is established, and the engineering example is analyzed in detail by using the model.
