SBS改性沥青老化机理及再生应用研究

【摘要】:SBS改性沥青混合料是我国高等级路面的主要修筑材料,当路面达到使用寿命后,若将这些废旧混合料再生利用,将产生巨大的社会经济效益和环境保护效益。 本文将SBS改性沥青宏观上的技术性质变化与微观上组分、分子官能团和分子量变化进行联合分析,表明SBS改性沥青的老化机理是:SBS的降解分解和沥青中化学性质活泼的分子进行吸氧缩合等反应,使SBS改性沥青的组分发生迁移,破坏了其原来的胶体结构,改变了其分子量分布,导致性能大量衰减。 基于SBS改性沥青的老化机理,归纳总结出再生剂成分的选择原则,并由此选择了芳烃油、液态石油树脂等六种物质作为再生剂的成分。考虑到多数再生剂因针对性较强而导致适用范围小,本文将六种成分分为A、B两组,当两组再生剂以不同比例混合时,均能有效对不同品种不同老化程度的SBS改性沥青进行再生。 为了验证再生剂对废旧SBS改性沥青混合料的再生效果,选取了A、B两组再生剂组调配出两种具有实用性和经济性的再生剂,以不同比例加入到废旧SBS改性沥青混合料中,在旧料掺配比例为50%的情况下,再生SBS沥青混合料具有优良的高温稳定性和水稳定性,满足沥青路面施工技术规范对高速公路上面层的技术要求。
[Abstract]:SBS modified asphalt mixture is the main construction material of high grade pavement in our country. When the pavement reaches its service life, if the waste mixture is recycled, it will produce enormous social and economic benefits and environmental protection benefits.In this paper, the changes of macroscopic technical properties of SBS modified asphalt are analyzed in conjunction with the microscopic components, molecular functional groups and molecular weight changes.The results show that the aging mechanism of SBS modified asphalt is the decomposition of SBS and the reaction of chemical active molecules in the asphalt such as oxygen absorption condensation and so on, which makes the component of SBS modified asphalt migrate and destroys its original colloidal structure.The molecular weight distribution is changed, which results in a large attenuation of the performance.Based on the aging mechanism of SBS modified asphalt, the selection principle of regenerating agent was summarized, and six kinds of substances, such as aromatic oil and liquid petroleum resin, were selected as the components of regenerative agent.Considering that most regenerative agents have a small application range due to their strong pertinence, the six components are divided into two groups. When the two groups of regenerative agents are mixed with different proportion, they can effectively regenerate the SBS modified asphalt with different varieties and different aging degrees.In order to verify the regeneration effect of recycled agent on waste SBS modified asphalt mixture, two kinds of practical and economical regenerating agents were prepared from two groups of recycled agent groups, and were added to the waste SBS modified asphalt mixture in different proportion.The recycled SBS asphalt mixture has excellent high temperature stability and water stability under the condition of 50% admixture ratio of the old materials, which meets the technical requirements of the asphalt pavement construction technical specification for the expressway upper surface layer.
