干线公路安全预警可拓物元评价模型及策略研究

【摘要】:为降低干线公路安全风险,做到交通事故的提前预防。将预警管理理论应用于干线公路安全预警,将干线公路预警系统分为数据采集、安全评价和报警判定三个子系统。数据采集阶段,根据干线公路特点建立了干线公路安全预警评价指标体系。安全评价阶段,运用可柘物元评价模型,对干线公路安全等级进行计算。根据等级计算结果,在报警阶段进行相应级别的响应。以G107河南省安阳县路段作为实例,结果显示,该路段在2008年安全等级为Ⅲ级,预警级别为橙色,且自2008年至2012年安全状况有逐渐变好的趋势。最后,基于预警管理理论思想,提出了优化干线公路安全预警的应对策略,以期为干线公路突发事件的预警提供理论支持。
[Abstract]:In order to reduce the safety risk of trunk roads, traffic accidents can be prevented in advance.The early warning management theory is applied to the safety early warning of the trunk highway. The early warning system of the trunk road is divided into three subsystems: data collection, safety evaluation and alarm judgment.In the stage of data acquisition, the evaluation index system of highway safety is established according to the characteristics of trunk highway.In the stage of safety evaluation, the safety grade of trunk highway is calculated by using the evaluation model of matter element.According to the result of grade calculation, the corresponding level of response is carried out in the alarm stage.Taking the road section of Anyang County in Henan Province as an example, the result shows that the safety grade of the section is grade 鈪,
