硬岩隧道掘进机滚刀磨损机理研究

【摘要】:全断面岩石隧道掘进机(TBM)以其快速、环保、安全等优点,在岩石隧道挖掘中被广泛使用。在隧道施工中,盘形滚刀消耗量大且价格昂贵,不合理的换刀会对工期、施工成本以及TBM本身造成不利影响,研究盘形滚刀的磨损特性以及预测滚刀磨损具有重要意义。目前,有关TBM滚刀磨损的研究很多,主要集中在对磨损机理定性的研究或者通过工程数据得到滚刀磨损的经验公式,从机理角度定量分析滚刀磨损的研究还需进一步深入。本文通过M-200型磨损试验机进行了干摩擦状态下的滑动摩擦磨损试验,模拟了盘形滚刀的磨损行为。通过分析试样的磨损形貌,分析了滚刀磨损机理。利用试验结果定量地分析了岩石硬度以及摩擦系数对滚刀磨损量的影响规律,并对试验结果进行了拟合。同时定性地分析了润滑对摩擦状态以及磨损量的影响。试验结果显示在大载荷状态下磨损形式发生了转变,在大载荷作用下,磨损一定时间后,将会出现疲劳磨损,并分析了疲劳磨损对磨损量的影响。利用软件ABAQUS建立了盘形滚刀破岩过程的有限元模型,基于该模型研究了滚刀滑移现象以及滚刀受力分布情况。通过该模型定量地研究了滚刀贯入度以及滚刀与岩石间的摩擦系数对滚刀滑移的影响,并建立了滚刀滑移计算模型。同时,利用有限元模型研究了破岩过程中滚刀载荷分布情况,发现滚刀载荷分布形式为中间凸起,两边扁平,有限元结果与CSM模型中相关结论基本一致。根据以上结论,综合考虑振动对滚刀磨损的影响,建立了盘形滚刀磨损预测模型。该模型同时考虑了岩石特性以及TBM操作参数对滚刀磨损的影响。利用该模型结合大伙房隧道施工数据,对施工中滚刀的磨损量进行了预测,预测结果与实际滚刀磨损值较为接近。所得结果可为TBM刀具磨损预测提供参考。
[Abstract]:Full-section rock tunnel tunneling machine (TBM) is widely used in rock tunnel excavation due to its advantages of fast, environmental protection and safety.In tunnel construction, the consumption of disc hob is large and the price is expensive, and the unreasonable change of cutter will adversely affect the time limit, construction cost and TBM itself. It is of great significance to study the wear characteristics of disc hob and to predict the wear of hob.At present, there are a lot of researches on TBM hob wear, mainly focused on the qualitative study of wear mechanism or the empirical formula of hob wear obtained from engineering data. The research on quantitative analysis of hob wear from the angle of mechanism still needs to be further studied.In this paper, the sliding friction and wear tests under dry friction are carried out on M-200 wear tester, and the wear behavior of disc hob is simulated.The wear mechanism of hob was analyzed by analyzing the wear morphology of the specimen.The influence of rock hardness and friction coefficient on the wear of hob is analyzed quantitatively by using the test results, and the experimental results are fitted.At the same time, the influence of lubrication on friction state and wear quantity is analyzed qualitatively.The results show that the wear form has changed under the condition of heavy load, and fatigue wear will appear after wear for a certain time under the action of large load. The influence of fatigue wear on wear amount is analyzed.The finite element model of rock breaking process of disc hob is established by using software ABAQUS. Based on this model, the slip phenomenon of hob and the force distribution of hob are studied.Through this model, the influence of the penetration degree of hob and the friction coefficient between hob and rock on the slip of hob is studied quantitatively, and the calculation model of hob slip is established.At the same time, the finite element model is used to study the load distribution of hob in the process of rock breaking. It is found that the load distribution form of hob is middle protruding and flattened on both sides. The finite element results are basically consistent with the relevant conclusions in CSM model.According to the above conclusion, considering the influence of vibration on the wear of hob, the prediction model of disc hob wear is established.The model also considers the influence of rock characteristics and TBM operating parameters on hob wear.Using the model and the construction data of Dahuofang tunnel, the wear quantity of hob in construction is forecasted, and the predicted result is close to the actual value of hob wear.The results can provide reference for TBM tool wear prediction.
