不同温拌剂对沥青及其混合料性能的影响分析

【摘要】:为了研究不同机理的温拌剂在沥青与沥青混合料路用性能与降温效果上的差异,以及选出能够更好的评价温拌沥青混合料的路用性能的指标。分别对沥青添加有机添加剂机理的温拌剂sasobit(掺量为0、1%、2%、3%、4%、5%)和自行研发的基于表面活性机理的温拌剂ZYF-B(掺量为0、3%、4%、5%、6%、7%),进行针入度、延度、软化点及黏附性试验;经过试验综合比较后,得出两种温拌的较佳掺量是sasobit为3%、ZYF-B为5%,并对这两种比例的混合料进行车辙试验、低温小梁弯曲试验、浸水马歇尔试验和冻融劈裂试验、经济效益评价,应用灰色关联分析试验数据。研究结果显示,ZYF-B温拌剂的加入使沥青的针入度、黏附性、改性沥青的延度、混合料的水稳定性方面优于sasobit温拌剂;sasobit温拌剂的加入使沥青的软化点、基质沥青的延度、混合料的高温稳定性、混合料的低温抗裂性方面优于ZYF-B温拌剂。降温效果评价以传统热拌基质沥青为基准,以3%~5%为目标空隙率,ZYF-B温拌剂降低温度25℃~50℃,sasobit温拌剂降温温度19℃~23℃。通过灰色关联分析得到了影响温拌沥青混合料路用性能最重要的因素是温拌沥青的延度。相关结论可对施工中合理选择温拌剂提供参考。
[Abstract]:In order to study the difference of pavement performance and cooling effect between asphalt and asphalt mixture with different mechanism, and select the index which can better evaluate the pavement performance of warm mix asphalt mixture.Sasobit, a warm-mix agent with organic additive mechanism, and ZYF-B, a self-developed warm-mix agent based on surface-active mechanism, were tested for penetration, ductility, softening point and adhesiveness, respectively, and ZYF-B, which was based on the mechanism of surface activity, was tested for penetration, ductility, softening point and adhesion.The results show that the better content of the two kinds of warm mixing is that sasobit is 3 and ZYF-B is 5, and the rutting test, the low temperature trabecular bending test, the immersion Marshall test and the freeze-thaw splitting test are carried out for the mixture of these two proportions, and the economic benefit is evaluated.Grey correlation analysis was applied to test data.The results show that the penetration, adhesion, ductility and water stability of modified asphalt with ZYF-B warm mix agent are better than that of sasobit warm mix agent, such as softening point of asphalt and ductility of base asphalt.The mixture is superior to ZYF-B in high temperature stability and low temperature crack resistance.The effect of cooling was evaluated on the basis of traditional hot-mixed base asphalt, and the temperature of ZYF-B warm mix agent was reduced by 25 鈩,
