高速公路收费站网架结构雨棚的无损检测

【摘要】:伴随着高速公路突飞猛进的大跨越式发展,高速公路收费工作所处的地位也越来越重要,而作为承载着对高速公路收费工作遮风挡雨的收费雨棚的作用也越发的重要。社会发展,科技进步,高速公路收费雨棚经历了由早先的砖砌结构到砖混结构、框架结构,再到如今被广泛使用的网架结构。随着网架结构雨棚应用的日益增多,它的日常维护工作就更加重要。网架结构的特殊性、复杂性导致其发生损坏再进行维修困难较大、成本也较高。为此本文提出对网架结构雨棚进行一种无损检测的方法,对损伤进行预防判定。通过在网架结构中布置测试点(传感器)来取得杆件之间的震动频率,再进行互相关函数的计算,用所得出结果进行受损点定位,以上方法就是本文所提出的初步定位法。之后再采用极速学习机ELM和支持向量机MG-SVM来达到精确检测的目的,进一步精确的确定网架结构中具体的受损杆件。本文提出的方法将为今后网架结构检测提供参考和帮助,及时的预防网架结构雨棚的损伤发生,降低网架结构雨棚的安全隐患。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of expressway, the status of toll collection is becoming more and more important, and the role of toll shed is becoming more and more important.With the development of society, the advance of science and technology, the highway toll rain shed has experienced from the earlier brick structure to the brick concrete structure, the frame structure, and then to the grid structure which is widely used now.With the increasing application of grid structure rain shed, its daily maintenance work becomes more and more important.Because of the particularity and complexity of the grid structure, the damage and maintenance are difficult and the cost is high.In this paper, a method of nondestructive detection is proposed to prevent and judge the damage.The vibration frequency between members is obtained by placing test points (sensors) in the truss structure, then the cross-correlation function is calculated, and the damaged point is located with the obtained results. The above method is the preliminary positioning method proposed in this paper.Then the extreme learning machine (ELM) and the support vector machine (MG-SVM) are used to achieve the purpose of accurate detection and further accurate determination of the concrete damaged members in the grid structure.The method proposed in this paper will provide reference and help for the detection of grid structure in the future, prevent the damage of the rain shed in time and reduce the hidden danger of the safety of the rain shed of the grid structure.
