综合运输通道运输方式耦合协调性研究

【摘要】:构建各种运输方式合理分工、协调发展的综合运输体系已经成为我国交通运输发展的基本目标。交通运输部部长杨传堂在2014年交通运输工作会议上将综合运输列为“四个交通”之首。但现实中,各种运输方式不协调的问题依然存在,,特别是在综合运输通道中尤为明显,运输方式都在从自身效率角度抢占交通资源,协调发展的综合运输体系远远没有形成。出现这种局面有多种原因,如体制上的长期分割等。但从理论层面来看,运输方式协调性评价方法的不足也是其最主要原因之一。为此,本文将从运输方式耦合关系的角度建立其协调性评价模型,为通道运输方式的协调性评价提供一种新的路径,进一步完善交通运输方式的协调评价理论。 通道运输方式的协调性评价有多种方法,也形成了许多成果。但现有方法还有一定的局限,很难体现运输方式彼此之间的作用机理和耦合关系。因此,为更好的评判运输方式之间互相耦合、共同正向演进的协调程度及通道运输系统的整体发展水平,论文以系统论为理论基点,从投入与产出两个层面选取评价指标,从耦合协调度的角度进行运输方式的协调性评价。论文首先分析了运输方式间的耦合机理,并以此建立耦合度模型;然后,在耦合度模型的基础上进行协调性评价,从而更好的体现各运输方式协调的内在动力,促进各种运输方式向着更为协调的方向发展。 基于以上思路,论文共包括5部分内容:第一部分介绍论文研究的背景、意义、结构框架及国内外研究现状;第二部是相关理论基础分析;第三部分为运输方式耦合机理分析及指标体系的构建;第四部分为运输方式耦合协调性模型构建;第五部分以“广州-湛江”运输通道为例的实证分析。论文的研究成果能为通道各运输方式的协调性评价提供方法支持和决策依据,促进综合运输体系的不断完善。
[Abstract]:Constructing a rational division of labor and coordinated development of the integrated transportation system has become the basic goal of the development of transportation in China.Yang Chuantang, minister of communications and transport, listed integrated transport as the "top four traffic" at the 2014 transport work conference.However, in reality, the problem of uncoordinated transportation mode still exists, especially in the integrated transportation channel, the transportation mode is grabbing the traffic resources from the angle of its own efficiency, and the coordinated development of the integrated transportation system is far from being formed.There are many reasons for this, such as the long-term division of the system.But in theory, the lack of coordination evaluation method is also one of the most important reasons.Therefore, this paper will set up its coordination evaluation model from the angle of transportation mode coupling relationship, provide a new way for the coordination evaluation of channel transportation mode, and further improve the coordination evaluation theory of transportation mode.There are many methods to evaluate the coordination of channel transportation mode, and many results have been achieved.However, the existing methods have some limitations, it is difficult to reflect the mechanism and coupling between transport modes.Therefore, in order to better judge the mutual coupling between transport modes, the coordination degree of common forward evolution and the overall development level of the channel transportation system, the paper selects the evaluation index from the input and output levels based on the system theory.The coordination evaluation of transportation mode is carried out from the angle of coupling coordination degree.Firstly, the paper analyzes the coupling mechanism between transportation modes, and establishes the coupling degree model. Then, the coordination evaluation is carried out on the basis of the coupling degree model, so as to better reflect the internal power of the coordination of various modes of transportation.To promote the development of various modes of transport in a more coordinated direction.Based on the above ideas, the thesis consists of five parts: the first part introduces the background, significance, structural framework and current situation of the research at home and abroad, the second part is the theoretical basis analysis;The third part is the analysis of transport mode coupling mechanism and the construction of index system; the fourth part is the construction of transport mode coupling coordination model; the fifth part takes "Guangzhou-Zhanjiang" transportation channel as an example to analyze the real example.The research results of this paper can provide method support and decision basis for the coordination evaluation of various transportation modes, and promote the continuous improvement of the integrated transportation system.
