三淅高速公路水泥稳定碎石基层应变规律研究

【摘要】:论文以三门峡 淅川高速公路工程为依托,综合考虑行车荷载、路堤不均匀沉降、不同路堤填料因素条件下在基层中埋设监测传感器,实测了路面横断面的基层应变和基层温度。通过实测数据研究了填土路堤和填石路堤上的基层应变规律以及基层厚度为360mm和220mm时的应变变化。本文将基层应变分为横向应变和竖向应变分别埋设传感器进行监测,更直观的反映基层应变与影响因素相互关联的规律。 现场取样进行室内试验,获得最优级配下的水泥稳定碎石的力学性能。通过颗粒分析试验、击实特性、抗压回弹模量、无侧限抗压强度、抗折强度试验、劈裂强度、温缩试验,得出优选级配下的水泥稳定碎石材料指导施工现场;同时在以上数据辅助下,通过室内的弹性模量以及现场实测的应变数值反算现场基层应力的实际水平。 通过填土路堤和填石路堤上的基层应变监测、基层温度监测、路堤变形监测,通过对比分析得出路堤变形对基层应变的影响以及基层温度对基层应变的影响,填石路堤的沉降提前完成会使基层应变出现突变,基层温度与基层应变呈负相关关系,基层厚度减薄到220mm后底基层横向应变峰值增幅18.7%。 本文的研究成果可为今后山区高速公路的半刚性基层合理厚度设计提供了一定的参考。
[Abstract]:Based on the Sanmenxia and Xichuan Expressway Project, the paper comprehensively considers the driving load, uneven settlement of the embankment, and embeds monitoring sensors in the base course under the condition of different embankment packing factors.The strain and temperature of base course are measured.Based on the measured data, the basic strain law of embankment and rock fill embankment and the strain change when the thickness of the base is 360mm and 220mm are studied.In this paper, the basic strain is divided into transverse strain and vertical strain, which are monitored by embedded sensors, which can reflect the law of the correlation between the basic strain and the influencing factors.The mechanical properties of cement stabilized macadam with optimal gradation were obtained by field sampling and laboratory test.Through particle analysis test, compaction characteristic, compressive resilience modulus, unconfined compressive strength, flexural strength test, splitting strength, temperature shrinkage test, it is concluded that the cement stabilized macadam material under optimal gradation can guide the construction site.At the same time, with the help of the above data, the indoor elastic modulus and the field measured strain value are used to reverse calculate the actual level of the field base stress.Through the basic strain monitoring, base temperature monitoring and embankment deformation monitoring on embankment and rockfill embankment, the effect of embankment deformation on the base strain and the effect of the base temperature on the base strain are obtained by comparison and analysis.The settlement of the rockfill embankment will lead to the sudden change of the base strain in advance. The temperature of the base is negatively related to the strain of the base, and the thickness of the base is reduced to the peak value of the horizontal strain of the base after 220mm.The research results of this paper can provide a certain reference for the reasonable thickness design of semi-rigid base course of mountain highway in the future.
