基于荷载试验的大跨度斜拉桥静动力特性分析

【摘要】:荷载试验是一门实践性很强的科学技术,其涉及的内容包含结构设计和施工工艺等,具有较强的综合性、应用性和复杂性。对于新型结构荷载试验是一种科学研究性试验。斜拉桥以其自身具有的优越性得到广泛的推广应用,现代斜拉桥的发展越来越大跨径化。本文以厦漳跨海大桥北汊斜拉桥现场试验为依托对大跨径斜拉桥的荷载试验进行了研究。 本文对桥梁静动载试验方法进行了归纳总结,并对试验方案的制定以及桥梁结构分析有限元法进行了研究。结合厦漳跨海大桥北汊斜拉桥,根据该桥的特点进行有限元建模,采用有限元方法对该桥进行理论计算和分析得到相应的理论计算数据,设计出该桥静力荷载试验方案和动力荷载的试验方案,方案中对荷载试验工况、静动载试验及挠度测点布置进行了研究。 在保证荷载试验效果的前提下,将各工况控制截面的实测变形与理论计算值进行对比,计算结构验校系数,对结构实际承载能力进行了评定,确保结构能满足承载能力要求。同时对桥梁结构进行了跑车、刹车、跳车试验,经过数据分析,确定出该桥的实际冲击系数,同理论设计值进行对比。根据实测值为管养部门提出建议。利用Midas/Civil建立厦漳跨海大桥的空间有限元模型,并进行理论模态分析,得到该桥自振频率和振型的理论值,将其与实测模态参数进行比较分析研究。 通过对荷载试验结果的分析,对该桥工作状况进行评估,表明该桥工作状态正常满足设计要求。在对大跨度斜拉桥的静动力特性进行总结归纳的基础之上,结合厦漳大桥的荷载试验测试情况,对厦漳大桥荷载试验进行了归纳总结,提出改进建议。通过试验积累了该桥的初始管理文件,为其他同类型大跨度斜拉桥的设计和荷载试验工作提供一些参考。
[Abstract]:Load test is a very practical science and technology, which involves the structure design and construction technology, has a strong comprehensive application, and complexity. The new structure load test is a scientific research test. With its advantages of cable-stayed bridge is used widely the modern cable-stayed bridge is becoming more and more large span. The Xiazhang bridge north branch cable-stayed bridge field test was studied based on load test of long-span cable-stayed bridge.
In this paper, the bridge static and dynamic load test methods are summarized, and the test plan and analysis of bridge structure finite element method is studied. Combined with the Xiazhang North Branch bridge, cable-stayed bridge, finite element modeling according to the characteristics of the bridge, using the finite element method of the bridge is calculated and analyzed theoretically the corresponding theoretical calculation data, design the testing scheme of the bridge static load test and dynamic load scheme, scheme of load test, static load test and deflection test point arrangement was studied.
In the premise of ensuring the load test results, and theoretical values are compared to the measured deformation condition of the control section, structure calculation of calibration coefficient, the structure of the actual bearing capacity was evaluated, to ensure that the structure can meet the requirements of the bearing capacity. At the same time the car brake on the bridge structure, jumping test, through the analysis of data sure, the actual impact coefficient of the bridge, with the theoretical design value are compared. According to the measured values for the proposed raising department. Tube by space finite element model of Midas/Civil established Xiazhang bridge, and the theory of modal analysis, the bridge vibration frequency and vibration model of the theoretical value, and the measured the modal parameters were investigated.
Through the analysis of the load test results, to evaluate the working condition of bridge, the bridge that normally meet the design requirements. Based on the summary in the static and dynamic characteristics of long-span cable-stayed bridge, load test of Xiazhang bridge of Xiazhang bridge, load test are summarized. Through the test, put forward the improvement proposal. The accumulation of initial management documents of the bridge, and provide some reference for the design and load test of other types of long-span cable-stayed bridges.
