光纤式结冰传感器探测沥青路面结冰过程

【摘要】:采用光纤式结冰传感器,利用凝冰实验室和高低温试验箱模拟路面结冰环境,测得了不同降水温度和路面温度条件下的路面结冰厚度和结冰完成时间以探测沥青路面的结冰过程。试验研究表明:采用光纤式结冰传感器测得电压-时间曲线主要分为2种类型,与结冰的厚度有关;路面结冰完成时间整体上随着路面温度的降低而减少,2℃以下的雨水温度在约-2℃的路面温度情况下,形成1 mm冰所需要的时间基本不超过10 min,能覆盖沥青路面的构造深度;结冰完成时间整体上随雨水温度增大而上升,4℃雨水在路面温度处于-1~-3℃条件下,形成6 mm以下冰的时间不会超过30 min。
[Abstract]:Using fiber-optic ice sensor, the ice-setting environment was simulated by using ice coagulation laboratory and test box of high and low temperature.The ice thickness and completion time of asphalt pavement were measured under different precipitation temperature and pavement temperature to detect the ice process of asphalt pavement.The experimental results show that the voltage-time curves measured by fiber-optic ice sensor can be divided into two types, which are related to the thickness of ice.On the whole, with the decrease of pavement temperature, Rain Water temperature below 2 鈩,
