降噪排水沥青路面设计与工程应用

【摘要】:我国高速公路发展迅速,对公路的耐久性、适用性和安全性提出更高的要求,同时道路的环保问题也日益引起人们的关注。促进沥青路面的协调和可持续发展,,创建人与自然和谐的环境是当今社会的重要课题。降噪排水沥青路面是一种新型路面,具有良好的降噪效果、抗滑性、抑制水雾表面功能,有利于解决我国一些沥青路面存在抗滑能力达不到要求,摩擦系数低的问题,为行车安全提供有利保障。 本文以深圳深港西部通道深圳侧接线工程为依托,研究降噪排水沥青结构设计、施工工艺和质量控制方法。首先基于国内外相关研究成果调研以及本项目的室内试验成果,系统分析了轮胎-路面噪声产生机理;然后,提出深圳地区降噪排水沥青路面的结构设计方法,应用于深圳深港西部通道深圳侧接线工程;最后,采用CTT方法对降噪排水沥青路面进行现场噪声测试,并与普通混凝土路面的噪声测试结果相对比,结果表明降噪排水沥青路面较普通沥青路面的噪声有所降低,随着车速增大,噪声减小幅度越明显,显示出了降噪排水沥青路面降噪的优越性能。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of highway in our country, the durability, applicability and safety of highway are required more and more. At the same time, the environmental protection problem of highway has been paid more and more attention.To promote the coordination and sustainable development of asphalt pavement and to create a harmonious environment between man and nature is an important subject in today's society.Noise reduction and drainage asphalt pavement is a new type of road surface, which has good noise reduction effect, anti-skid resistance and water mist surface function. It is helpful to solve the problem that some asphalt pavement in our country can not meet the requirement of anti-skid ability and have low friction coefficient.To provide favorable protection for traffic safety.Based on Shenzhen side connection project of Shenzhen Shenzhen Port Western Corridor, this paper studies the structure design, construction technology and quality control method of noise reduction drainage asphalt.Firstly, based on the domestic and foreign related research results and the indoor test results of this project, the mechanism of tire-road noise is analyzed systematically. Then, the structural design method of noise reduction and drainage asphalt pavement in Shenzhen area is put forward.It is applied to Shenzhen side connection project of Shenzhen Shenzhen Port Western Corridor. Finally, the noise of noise reduction and drainage asphalt pavement is tested by CTT method, and the results are compared with those of ordinary concrete pavement.The results show that the noise of the noise reducing drainage asphalt pavement is lower than that of the ordinary asphalt pavement, and with the increase of the speed, the noise decreases more obviously, which shows the superior performance of noise reduction and drainage asphalt pavement noise reduction.
