收费公路产业行政垄断测度的实证研究

【摘要】：文章通过研究,从行业集中度、国有投资比重、市场占有率和国有产权比重四个方面建立了收费公路产业行政垄断度量方法,并研究了其对产业创新能力的影响。发现收费公路产业行政垄断程度与产业创新中知识成果和经济成果的实现均呈现负相关关系,且收费公路行政垄断程度对经济成果产出的抑制作用高于对知识成果产出的抑制作用。根据研究结论,提出了完善收费公路产业发展的政策建议。
[Abstract]:Through the research, the paper establishes the measure method of administrative monopoly of toll road industry from four aspects: the degree of industry concentration, the proportion of state-owned investment, the market share and the proportion of state-owned property right, and studies its influence on the innovation ability of industry.It is found that the degree of administrative monopoly in toll road industry is negatively related to the realization of knowledge and economic achievements in industrial innovation.Moreover, the degree of administrative monopoly of toll roads inhibits the output of economic achievements more than that of knowledge ones.According to the conclusion of the study, the paper puts forward some policy suggestions to improve the development of toll road industry.
