连云港某液体散货泊位工程可行性研究

【摘要】：通过对连云港某液体散货泊位工程进行分析,根据港区总体规划,结合防波堤工程、航道工程建设方案,提出布置于二港池和六港池的两个总体布局方案。由于总体布局方案一建设不受防波堤建设影响,能尽快建成满足后方产业生产的需要,所以选择总体布局方案一为推荐方案。针对总体布局方案一,根据本工程设计船型,提出了两个码头总平面布置方案:方案一(长平台连片式方案)和方案二(短平台方案)。分析两方案各自的优缺点,确定码头平面布置方案一为最佳方案。对化工品装卸工艺、液化烃装船工艺及装卸区布置等码头液体散货装卸工艺提出了合理的方案。配套码头平面布置推荐方案一,提出两个结构方案:码头为非等高连接的结构方案A和码头为等高连接的结构方案B,并分析比较两者的优缺点,确定结构方案A为最佳结构方案。通过经济评价和社会影响评价,可以看出本工程经济收益率较高,项目效益较好,还有利于改善连云港地区的投资环境,满足社会经济发展的物质运输需求,增加就业机会,增加职工收入,促进社会稳定。
[Abstract]:Based on the analysis of a liquid bulk berth project in Lianyungang, according to the general plan of the port area, combined with the breakwater project and the waterway construction scheme, two general layout schemes are put forward for the two ports pool and the six port pool.As the construction of the overall layout scheme is not affected by the breakwater construction, it can be built to meet the needs of the rear industry production as soon as possible, so the general layout scheme is selected as the recommended scheme.In view of the overall layout scheme 1, according to the ship type design of the project, two general layout schemes of wharf are put forward: scheme one (long platform connected with sheet type) and scheme two (short platform scheme).The advantages and disadvantages of the two schemes are analyzed, and the layout scheme of the wharf is determined as the best scheme.A reasonable scheme is put forward for handling and handling liquid bulk cargo in wharves such as chemical handling process, loading process of liquefied hydrocarbon and layout of loading area.In this paper, the author puts forward two structural schemes: the terminal is a non-isometric connection and the wharf is an equal-height connection, and the advantages and disadvantages of the two schemes are analyzed and compared.Determine the structural scheme A as the best structural scheme.Through economic evaluation and social impact assessment, we can see that the economic yield of the project is high and the project benefit is good. It is also conducive to improving the investment environment in Lianyungang area, meeting the material transportation needs of social and economic development, and increasing employment opportunities.Increase staff and workers' income and promote social stability.
