李家沙特大桥斜拉桥结构的动静载试验研究

【摘要】:近年来,由于质量缺陷、车辆超载、洪水暴雨、年久失修、日常管护不到位等原因已经发生了不少桥梁安全事故。通过定期检测对桥梁结构的技术状况进行评价,并根据检测结果对桥梁结构进行动静载试验,对检测中发现的薄弱部分的承载能力进行检验评定,及早发现存在的危及结构安全的隐患,对确保桥梁结构的安全起到至关重要的作用。桥梁动静载试验是对桥梁结构进行直接加载测试的一项科学试验工作,是评价桥梁质量最直接和有效的方法和手段,特别适应于对斜拉桥、悬索桥等复杂高阶超静定桥梁的工作性能鉴定。 本文根据斜拉桥的结构特点,通过有限元软件建立李家沙特大桥的计算模型,制定其动静载试验方案,并对动静载试验测试数据进行分析,判断桥梁结构的实际工作状态情况。研究内容包括: ⑴总结大跨径桥梁静动载试验的基本理论; ⑵阐述斜拉桥的结构特点及计算方法,并用有限元软件MIDAS/Civil分别建立了李家沙特大桥的单主梁和双主梁计算模型,对实桥进行了静、动力分析,,得出各控制截面在设计荷载及试验荷载作用下的效应和桥梁的模态,比较两种模型计算结果的差别。 ⑶通过静载试验,测定桥梁在各工况试验荷载作用下控制截面的应变和位移,并与理论计算值进行比较分析,评价桥梁结构的在静力荷载作用下的力学性能是否满足设计要求。 ⑷通过脉动试验、有障碍和无障碍跑车试验测试桥梁结构各阶固有频率、阻尼比、振型和动力系数等特征参数,进而分析评价桥梁的刚度和承受动力荷载的能力。 ⑸综合评价桥梁的结构实际工作性能,为桥梁的交竣工验收和将来的养护维修工作提供科学依据。
[Abstract]:In recent years, many bridge safety accidents have occurred due to quality defects, overloading of vehicles, flood and torrential rain, years of disrepair and inadequate management and maintenance.The technical condition of the bridge structure is evaluated by periodic inspection, and the dynamic and static load tests are carried out on the bridge structure according to the test results, and the load-carrying capacity of the weak part found in the detection is tested and evaluated.Early detection of hidden dangers to structural safety plays a vital role in ensuring the safety of bridge structures.The bridge dynamic and static load test is a scientific test work for the bridge structure, which is the most direct and effective method and means to evaluate the bridge quality, especially for the cable-stayed bridge.Performance evaluation of complex high order statically indeterminate bridges such as suspension bridges.According to the structural characteristics of cable-stayed bridge, this paper establishes the calculation model of Lijia-Saudi Bridge by finite element software, formulates its dynamic and static load test scheme, analyzes the test data of static and static load test, and judges the actual working state of the bridge structure.The research includes:1 summarize the basic theory of static and dynamic load test of long span bridge;(2) the structural characteristics and calculation method of cable-stayed bridge are expounded. The calculation models of single and double main beams of Lijiazat Bridge are established by using finite element software MIDAS/Civil, and the static and dynamic analysis of the real bridge is carried out.The effects of each control section under the action of design load and experimental load and the modes of the bridge are obtained, and the differences between the results of the two models are compared.(3) through static load test, the strain and displacement of the control section of the bridge under various working conditions are measured, and compared with the theoretical calculation value, the mechanical performance of the bridge structure under static load is evaluated whether or not it meets the design requirements.(4) through pulsating test, obstacle test and barrier-free sports car test, the natural frequency, damping ratio, mode shape and dynamic coefficient of the bridge structure are tested, and the stiffness of the bridge and the ability to bear dynamic load are analyzed and evaluated.(5) Comprehensive evaluation of the actual performance of the bridge structure provides scientific basis for the completion acceptance of the bridge and the maintenance and repair of the bridge in the future.
