盾构机换刀点加固及开仓换刀技术

【摘要】：通过对深圳地铁7号线7306标盾构区间施工中刀具磨损情况、换刀点采取的加固措施以及开仓换刀技术进行分析,以黄木岗站~八卦岭站区间左线施工为例,总结盾构机换刀点加固及开仓换刀技术。
[Abstract]:Based on the analysis of tool wear situation, reinforcement measures adopted at tool changing point and tool changing technology in construction of 7306 mark shield tunneling section of Shenzhen Metro Line 7, this paper takes the construction of left line between Huangmugang Station and Bagua Ridge Station as an example.This paper summarizes the reinforcement of shield machine's change point and the technology of opening and changing knife.
