公路建设项目成本精细化管理应用研究

【摘要】：玫革开放以来,国民经济得到迅猛发展,特别是进入21世纪后,我国基础设施建设经历了蓬勃发展的十年,其中,全国公路总里程在2001年到2011年间累计增长了240万公里,至2011年底已达到410.64万公里。十二五期间,国家依然十分重视公路基础设施的建设,然而,大规模公路建设引起各建筑施工企业的竞争也日益激烈。面对国内激烈的市场竞争压力,许多建筑施工企业的利润空间不断缩小,甚至已走上负债运营的边缘。对一个建筑施工企业来说,能否在市场竞争中生存和发展,依赖于其经营效益的好坏,而经营效益的好坏很大程度上取决于企业成本管理水平的高低。从当前形势来看,改革成本管理体制,创新成本管理方式是建筑施工企业必经的发展方向。精细化管理强调将管理工作做细、做精,这对维持或扩大建筑施工企业利润空间,全面提高建筑企业管理经营效益具有重要意义,因而,建筑施工企业可实行成本精细化管理,以高效地实现企业的利润目标,提高建筑企业的市场竞争力,实现可持续发展。本文首先介绍了论文的研究背景,以提出精细化管理在公路建设项目成本管理中的应用。随后,在阐述精细化管理的理论、成本管理理论的基础上,分析公路建设项目成本管理的影响因素,指出目前我国公路建设项目成本管理现状和存在的问题,以及研究公路建设项目实施成本精细化管理的必要性,并探讨了公路建设项目成本精细化管理的体系、原则、措施。最后,论文结合MH高速公路项目的建设情况,对精细化管理在施工项目成本管理中的应用作了实证研究,对应用精细化管理的效果进行分析和评价,对我国高速公路建设项目应用和推进精细化管理具有借鉴作用。图19幅,表6个,参考文献49篇。
[Abstract]:Since the opening up of Meige, the national economy has developed rapidly, especially after entering the 21st century, the infrastructure construction of our country has experienced a vigorous development ten years, of which, the total road mileage of the whole country has increased by 2.4 million kilometers between 2001 and 2011.By the end of 2011, it had reached 4.1064 million km.During the 12th Five-Year Plan, the country still attached great importance to the construction of highway infrastructure, however, large-scale highway construction led to increasingly fierce competition among construction enterprises.Facing the fierce market competition pressure, many construction enterprises' profit space is shrinking, even on the edge of debt operation.For a construction enterprise, whether it can survive and develop in the market competition depends on the quality of its management benefit, which largely depends on the level of enterprise cost management.From the current situation, the reform of cost management system and innovation of cost management are the necessary development direction of construction enterprises.Fine management emphasizes fine management, which is of great significance for maintaining or expanding the profit space of construction enterprises and improving the management efficiency of construction enterprises in an all-round way. Therefore, construction enterprises can carry out detailed cost management.In order to achieve the profit goal of the enterprise, improve the market competitiveness of the construction enterprise, and realize the sustainable development.This paper first introduces the research background of the paper, in order to put forward the application of fine management in highway construction project cost management.Then, on the basis of elaborate management theory and cost management theory, this paper analyzes the influencing factors of highway construction project cost management, and points out the current situation and existing problems of highway construction project cost management in China.The necessity of implementing cost refinement management of highway construction project is studied, and the system, principles and measures of fine management of highway construction project cost are discussed.Finally, the paper makes an empirical study on the application of fine management in the cost management of construction project, and analyzes and evaluates the effect of the application of fine management.It can be used for reference in the application and promotion of fine management of highway construction projects in China.There are 19 figures, 6 tables and 49 references.
