不利天气下高速公路可变限速控制研究

【摘要】:本文通过对高速公路事故的形成机理及影响因素分析,将高速公路路段性质定义为特殊路段和普通路段,以此作为进一步划分管理单元的基础,并将路面摩擦系数和能见度作为不利天气条件的变化参数。 高速公路管理单元划分遵守相邻路段相互独立且无缝连接的原则。划分方法分四个层次进行:前三个层次将高速公路逐步划分为最小控制单元,作为控制模型以及外场设备布设的基础;第四层次在通过模型得出初始限速值后,依据限速取值标准及限速路段最小长度要求对模型得出的限速值进行调整,将不满足长度要求的子路段按照合并原则进行合并,组成新的单元最终输出限速值。 不利天气下高速公路可变限速控制模型分为两个部分:安全间距限速控制模型和密度差限速控制模型,均以高速公路管理单位划分的子路段为基本控制单元。安全间距限速控制模型以路面摩擦系数和能见度作为变化参数,求得限速值。密度差限速控制模型以各子路段实际密度为变化参数来确定控制密度,然后等比例求得限速值。最后依据高速公路管理单元划分第四层次的要求给出了确定输出限速值的6个步骤。 本文以昆石高速公路26km路段作为研究对象,进行管理单元划分以及运用模型确定限速值,并运用TransModeler仿真软件进行模拟分析,仿真结果表明该控制方法效果明显,具有可行性。
[Abstract]:Based on the analysis of the forming mechanism and influencing factors of expressway accidents, this paper defines the nature of expressway sections as special sections and ordinary sections as the basis for further dividing the management units.The coefficient of friction and visibility are taken as the variation parameters of adverse weather conditions.Expressway management unit division adheres to the principle of independent and seamless connection between adjacent sections.The method is divided into four levels: the first three levels divide the freeway into the minimum control unit, which is the basis of the control model and the outfield equipment layout; the fourth level, after the initial speed limit value is obtained by the model,According to the speed limit criterion and the minimum length requirement of the speed limit section, the speed limit value obtained by the model is adjusted, and the sub-sections which do not meet the length requirement are merged according to the merging principle to form a new unit to output the speed limit value.In adverse weather, the variable speed limit control model of expressway is divided into two parts: the speed limit control model of safety spacing and the speed limit control model of density difference, which take the sub-sections of expressway management unit as the basic control unit.The limit value of speed is obtained by taking the friction coefficient and visibility of road surface as variable parameters in the speed limit control model of safe spacing.The density difference speed limit control model determines the control density by taking the actual density of each sub-section as the variation parameter, and then obtains the limit value in equal proportion.Finally, according to the requirement of freeway management unit dividing into the fourth level, six steps to determine the output speed limit are given.In this paper, the 26km section of Kun Shi Expressway is taken as the research object, the management unit is divided and the speed limit value is determined by using the model, and the simulation analysis is carried out by using TransModeler simulation software. The simulation results show that the control method is effective and feasible.
