船舶扁平型大舱室火灾烟气模拟及防控策略研究

【摘要】:船舶火灾是船舶安全的主要威胁,船舶舱室的特殊结构、受限制开口以及特殊的通风条件都会对其火灾特性产生巨大影响,不能简单按陆地建筑的相关标准套用,因此对于船舶特殊舱室内火灾特性进行研究,在掌握其特性的基础上有针对性地设计其防排烟策略将具有重要的意义。本文结合实验和数值模拟方法对船舶内典型扁平型大舱室内火灾特性及防控策略进行研究。首先,构建了适用于船舶火灾计算机模拟的相关数学模型和计算方法;其次,在近似船舶密闭条件的扁平型大空间内进行了不同火源面积的火灾实验,分析了扁平型空间内热烟气的运动规律,通过将实验结果与计算机模拟结果比对验证了所构建的数学模型和计算方法对于船舶扁平型大空间舱室内火灾热流场模拟的有效性;然后,以美国LPD-17型“圣安东尼奥级两栖攻击舰”中的扁平型大空间舱室作为研究对象,对其舱室内火灾热流场进行了数值模拟研究,分别分析了舰体尾坞门、舱室内通风、外界风对舱室内火灾热流场特性的影响;最后,确定了不同条件下火灾对舱室下部分造成的热危害,根据扁平型大空间舱室内的火灾热流场特性,分别提出了尾坞门开启和关闭时相应的排烟策略,并验证了排烟策略的有效性。本研究工作可为船舶扁平型大空间舱室内火灾特性提供一定理论指导,并可为船舶扁平型大空间舱室内的火灾应对、防排烟等提供一定的技术参考。
[Abstract]:Ship fire is the main threat to ship safety. The special structure of ship compartment, restricted openings and special ventilation conditions will have a great impact on the fire characteristics of the ship, so it can not be simply applied according to the relevant standards of land buildings. Therefore, it is of great significance to study the fire characteristics of ship's special cabin and design its smoke prevention and exhaust strategy on the basis of mastering its characteristics. In this paper, the fire characteristics and prevention and control strategies of typical flat large compartments in ships are studied by means of experiments and numerical simulation. Firstly, the relevant mathematical model and calculation method suitable for the computer simulation of ship fire are constructed. Secondly, the fire experiments with different fire source areas are carried out in a flat large space, which is similar to the ship's airtight condition. The motion law of hot smoke in flat space is analyzed, and the effectiveness of the mathematical model and calculation method for fire heat field simulation in flat large space cabin is verified by comparing the experimental results with the results of computer simulation. Then, taking the flat large space compartment of the LPD-17 class amphibious attack ship of San Antonio class as the research object, the fire heat flow field in the cabin is studied numerically, and the tail dock gate and the ventilation in the cabin are analyzed respectively. The influence of outside wind on the characteristics of fire heat flow field in cabin is discussed. Finally, the thermal damage caused by fire under different conditions is determined, and according to the characteristics of fire heat flow field in flat large space compartment, The corresponding smoke exhaust strategies for the opening and closing of the dock gate are proposed, and the effectiveness of the smoke exhaust strategy is verified. This work can provide some theoretical guidance for the fire characteristics of ship flat large space compartment, and also provide certain technical reference for fire response, smoke prevention and exhaust in ship flat large space compartment.
