城景一体化视角下的华阴市中心城区慢行系统研究

【摘要】:目前,我国处在城镇化快速发展阶段,机动化大发展产生了城市交通拥堵、用地无序蔓延、环境污染、城市特色缺失等一系列问题,人们开始将关注点聚焦在城市绿色出行上,提倡慢行系统的回归。论文以毗邻华山风景名胜区的华阴市中心城区为研究对象,针对城景职能关系缺乏统筹、城区发展未将优势资源与旅游产业进行有机结合、城区用地无序蔓延蚕食华山景区空间等问题,主要在结合中心城区历史文化遗产丰富慢行游览内容、依托公共设施系统提升慢行系统活力、利用绿地系统作为慢行系统核心支撑三个层面,探讨了华阴市中心城区慢行系统的建设发展。 首先,基于对华阴市中心城区与华山风景区核心发展问题的分析,强调“城景一体化”发展视角下引入慢行系统的必要性,即发展慢行系统是中心城区的现实需求,不仅可以强化中心城区的职能定位,与华山景区可持续发展相协调,同时也有利于城景空间结构的优化。其次,通过在总体规划阶段将慢行系统与城市各系统相结合进行布局,在功能和空间上促进各系统的发展完善,从而实现城区与景区的协调发展。其一,根据历史文化遗产不同的分布方位建设五处旅游景区,通过对华阴旅游发展趋势的分析,以及游憩理论方法的运用,得出各个景区合理的用地规模及游客容量,同时将慢行系统与旅游景区相结合,开发三条环形历史风貌主游线以及两条次游线;其二,公共设施与周边用地的混合使用可以促使人们通过慢行方式完成多样化的出行目的,基于此,,通过设置“居游相依、若即若离”的居民生活和游客游览系统,为出行者提供更为丰富多样的公共空间,并且布局丰富的旅游衍生产业,由此提高慢行活动的活力和吸引力。同时,总结得出与公共设施系统相结合的慢行空间布局形式,并提出应完善在城市级、片区级和居住区级下慢行与公共交通系统的换乘组织模式;其三,将慢行系统与中心城区绿地布局结构有机结合,形成功能多元化、层级丰富的慢行系统核心网络骨架,并对游憩绿地空间的需求总量进行预测,得出总面积118.2hm2的城市公园绿地面积、38.3hm2的居住区游园绿地面积,25.4hm2的居住小区游园绿地面积,作为绿地慢行空间布局的发展依据。同时,将绿地慢行空间分为滨水廊道、轴线廊道、带形廊道三种不同的空间组织形式进行深入研究,进而分析了绿地系统中慢行空间网络的步行可达范围覆盖率。基于以上研究,最终构建与“城景一体化”思路相适应且与城市各系统紧密结合的华阴市中心城区慢行系统,以此促进中心城区与华山景区的协调发展,并为毗邻风景名胜区的同类型中小城市提供一定借鉴。
[Abstract]:At present, our country is in the rapid development stage of urbanization, the great development of motorization has produced a series of problems, such as urban traffic congestion, land disorder spread, environmental pollution, lack of urban characteristics and so on. People begin to focus on urban green travel. Promote the return of slow moving systems. This paper takes Huayin City as the object of study, aiming at the lack of overall planning of the relationship between the functions of the city scenery and the development of the urban area, and does not combine the advantage resources with the tourism industry organically in the development of the urban area. The disorderly spread of urban land encroaches on the space of Huashan scenic area, mainly in the combination of the historical and cultural heritage of the central urban area, rich slow tour content, relying on the public facilities system to enhance the vitality of the slow moving system. Using green space system as the core support of slow moving system, the construction and development of slow moving system in central urban area of Huayin city are discussed. First of all, based on the analysis of the core development of Huayin City and Huashan Scenic area, the necessity of introducing slow-moving system under the perspective of "urban landscape integration" is emphasized, that is, the development of slow-moving system is the realistic demand of central urban area. It can not only strengthen the function orientation of the central city, coordinate with the sustainable development of Huashan scenic area, but also help to optimize the spatial structure of the city scenery. Secondly, in the overall planning stage, the slow moving system and the urban system are combined to layout, in order to promote the development and perfection of each system in function and space, so as to realize the coordinated development between the urban area and the scenic area. Firstly, according to the different distribution of historical and cultural heritage, five scenic spots are built. Through the analysis of the development trend of Huayin tourism and the application of recreation theory and method, the rational land use scale and tourist capacity of each scenic spot are obtained. At the same time, the slow moving system is combined with the tourist attractions to develop three circular historical scenery main tour lines and two secondary tour lines. Secondly, the mixed use of public facilities and surrounding land can promote people to achieve a variety of travel purposes through slow walking. Based on this, by setting up the resident life and tourist tour system of "living and tourism depending on each other," and providing travelers with a richer and more diversified public space, as well as a rich layout of tourism derivative industries, This increases the vitality and attractiveness of slow-moving activities. At the same time, it concludes the slow space layout form combined with the public facilities system, and puts forward that we should perfect the transfer organization mode of the slow moving and public transportation system under the city level, the district level and the residential area level. The slow moving system is combined with the layout structure of green space in central urban area to form the core network skeleton of slow moving system with diversified functions and rich levels, and the total demand for recreation green space is forecasted. The result shows that the green area of urban park with total 118.2hm2 is 38.3 hm ~ 2 and the area of residential garden is 25.4 hm ~ 2, which serves as the basis for the development of slow space layout of green space. At the same time, the slow space of green space is divided into waterfront corridor, axis corridor and belt corridor, and the walking coverage of slow moving space network in green space system is analyzed. Based on the above research, we finally construct the slow moving system of Huayin central city, which adapts to the idea of "urban landscape integration" and is closely integrated with all urban systems, so as to promote the coordinated development between the central city area and the Huashan scenic area. And for the adjacent scenic spots of the same type of small and medium-sized cities to provide certain reference.
