寒区公路涵洞变形缝填塞材料研制及其性能研究

【摘要】:涵洞是公路工程中的重要组成部分之一。寒冷地区涵洞同时要经受过往车辆荷载、频繁的干湿循环以及冻胀融沉的作用,一些涵洞在投入使用后不久就不同程度的出现墙体开裂和变形缝填塞材料脱落等病害,导致涵洞使用寿命缩短以及稳定性降低。经调查,涵洞渗漏是寒区涵洞病害发生的主要原因。变形缝防水失效,涵洞渗漏,往往会导致地基含水量增大,,引起不均匀地基冻胀;而地表水下渗又会加剧冻土地基的升温和融化,使得涵墙基础发生不均匀沉降。然而,针对寒冷地区涵洞变形缝处理方法及填塞材料选用,国内尚没有技术标准可以参照,尽管目前市场上的填塞材料种类繁多,但性能参差不齐。 本文根据寒区涵洞变形缝填塞材料性能要求,通过对沥青改性机理的分析,选取了SBS、橡胶粉、硅藻土等改性剂,运用不同的工艺方法对基质沥青进行改性处理,制备出不同种类的填塞材料;鉴于填塞材料的使用条件及受力状况,通过针入度、弹性恢复、低温柔性、黏度试验、高温流淌试验以及微观结构观测试验等测试手段综合评价了填塞材料的高低温性能,比选几种填塞材料的综合性能。 填塞材料与缝隙界面之间的粘附强度高低与裂缝修补的成功与否息息相关,本文通过设置不同的影响因素并使用拉伸试验模拟填塞材料在裂缝中的受力状况,研究了填塞材料的粘附强度变化,发现是否改性、温度、水、不同界面处理方式等各种因素均会造成不同程度的粘附强度降低,对比评价表明良好的界面处理以及涂覆界面剂等界面处理方式可以提高粘附强度。 本文最后针对寒区环境特点,提出变形缝填塞材料施工技术要求。
[Abstract]:Culvert is one of the important parts of highway engineering. Culverts in cold areas also have to withstand the effects of passing vehicle loads, frequent dry-wet cycles and frost heaving and thawing, and some culverts appear, in varying degrees, diseases such as wall cracking and deformed joint filling materials falling off soon after being put into use. It can shorten the service life and reduce the stability of culvert. Through investigation, culvert leakage is the main cause of culvert disease in cold area. The waterproof failure of deformation joint and leakage of culvert often lead to the increase of water content of the foundation and cause the frost heave of the uneven foundation, while the infiltration of surface water will aggravate the temperature rise and melting of the frozen soil foundation, resulting in uneven settlement of the culvert wall foundation. However, there is no technical standard to refer to the treatment method of culvert deformation joint and the selection of filling material in cold region. Although there are many kinds of filling materials in the market at present, the performance is not uniform. According to the performance requirements of deformation joint filling material in culvert in cold area, through the analysis of asphalt modification mechanism, SBS, rubber powder, diatomite and other modifiers were selected to modify the matrix asphalt by different process methods. Different kinds of filling materials were prepared. In view of the conditions of use and stress of the packing materials, the penetration, elastic recovery, low temperature flexibility, viscosity test, The high and low temperature properties of the filling materials were comprehensively evaluated by means of high temperature flow test and microstructure observation test, and the comprehensive properties of several kinds of filling materials were compared. The adhesion strength between the filler material and the gap interface is closely related to the success of crack repair. In this paper, different factors are set up and tensile tests are used to simulate the stress condition of the filler material in the fracture. The change of adhesive strength of fillers was studied. It was found that various factors, such as modification, temperature, water and different treatment methods of interface, would result in the decrease of adhesion strength to different degrees. Comparison and evaluation show that good interfacial treatment and coating interfacial treatment can improve the adhesion strength. Finally, according to the environmental characteristics of cold area, the construction technology requirements of deformed joint packing material are put forward.
