邯郸城市中心区慢行交通系统规划研究

【摘要】:20世纪末期,我国社会经济进入飞速发展时期,城镇化进程不断加快,居民生活质量的显著提高,使得越来越多的私家车已经进入千家万户。小汽车数量的增加,不仅带来了空气污染、城市交通堵塞等城市问题,还带来了各种安全隐患,更重要的是越来越多的城市空间正在退出人们的生活。慢行交通作为城市交通体系的重要部分,其发展的优劣对未来的城市综合交通系统体系起着至关重要的作用。同时,城市的发展与城市空间的扩张需要慢行交通的支持,,机动化城市的各类问题也需要慢行交通来得到有效解决。 西方国家对慢行交通以及系统的研究起步较早,理论研究和建设实践都比较成熟,其发展的模式大致有两种:一种是政府倡导下积极发展自行车交通,建设自行车专用道的慢行交通系统建设;另一种是自行车交通系统、步行系统与城市公共空间相结合的慢行交通系统模式。国内对慢行交通系统规划起步较晚,2001年的《上海市城市交通白皮书》,是首次提出“慢行交通”的概念,对其进行界定,书中明确提出要重视城市慢行交通的发展和研究。而邯郸对慢行系统还未进行过系统的规划和相关研究。 本文从国内外有关慢行交通系统的理论发展及较有影响的建设实践入手,深入分析邯郸城市中心区的步行交通系统、自行车交通系统存在的问题与不足。在邯郸现状分析研究的基础上,借鉴国内外优秀的规划理念、成功的建设案例,试着从宏观、中观、微观三个层次构建邯郸城市中心区的慢行交通系统规划体系,形成“慢行圈——慢行廊道——慢行节点”的空间结构体系。论文从发展策略、慢行网络及慢行节点三个主要方面,对邯郸慢行交通系统的规划和实施给出了相关建议。
[Abstract]:At the end of the 20th century, China's social economy entered a period of rapid development, the process of urbanization continued to accelerate, the quality of life of residents improved significantly, making more and more private cars have entered thousands of households. The increase in the number of cars not only brings air pollution, urban traffic congestion and other urban problems, but also brings various security risks, more and more important, more and more urban space is withdrawing from people's lives. Slow traffic as an important part of urban traffic system, its development plays an important role in the future urban comprehensive transportation system. At the same time, the development of cities and the expansion of urban space need the support of slow traffic, and all kinds of problems of motorized cities also need slow traffic to be solved effectively. The study of slow transit and system in western countries started early, and the theoretical research and construction practice are both mature. There are two modes of its development: one is to actively develop bicycle traffic under the initiative of the government. The second is the slow traffic system which combines the bicycle traffic system with the urban public space. In China, the planning of slow traffic system started relatively late. The White Paper on Urban Traffic in Shanghai in 2001 was the first time to put forward the concept of "slow traffic" and define it. In the book, it was clearly pointed out that attention should be paid to the development and research of urban slow traffic. But Handan has not carried on the systematic plan and the correlation research to the slow-moving system. Starting from the theoretical development and influential construction practice of slow traffic system at home and abroad, this paper deeply analyzes the problems and shortcomings of walking traffic system and bicycle traffic system in Handan city center. On the basis of the analysis and study of Handan's present situation, drawing lessons from the excellent planning ideas at home and abroad and successful construction cases, this paper tries to construct the planning system of slow transit system in Handan urban center from three levels: macroscopic, meso and micro. Form a "slow loop-slow corridor-slow node" space structure system. This paper gives some suggestions on the planning and implementation of Handan slow traffic system from the following three aspects: development strategy, slow moving network and slow moving node.
