拱塔斜拉桥施工跟踪仿真计算与试验分析

【摘要】:多塔斜拉桥由于中间塔没有端锚索来约束塔顶的水平变位,结构柔性比单塔和双塔斜拉桥更大,当斜拉桥的某一跨受到活载作用时,主梁和索塔中将产生很大的弯矩和位移,对整体结构的受力非常不利。论文以马鞍山长江公路大桥右汊三塔拱塔斜拉桥为工程背景,综合考虑了拱形桥塔结构特点、设计理论和施工控制等问题,对斜拉桥进行了跟踪仿真计算。首先采用桥梁博士、Midas civil等有限元软件建立了全桥的计算模型,对全桥进行了整体计算复核,根据复核结果确定出设计薄弱环节。其次,通过分析1:10拱塔模型试验结果,,得到了拱塔结构在横向预应力及斜拉索张拉荷载作用下的应力分布和变形规律以及整体计算中确定的关键截面的应力分布、开裂等结果,对设计成果和整体计算成果进行了验证。最后,根据现场实际施工情况调整计算模型,结合施工监控,完成了对斜拉桥整个施工过程的跟踪仿真计算,该研究为斜拉桥的施工提供了必要的技术支持。
[Abstract]:Since there is no end anchor cable in the middle tower to restrain the horizontal displacement of the tower top, the flexibility of the multi-tower cable-stayed bridge is greater than that of the single-tower and double-tower cable-stayed bridge. When a span of the cable-stayed bridge is subjected to live load, the main beam and cable tower will produce great bending moment and displacement. The force on the whole structure is very unfavorable. This paper takes the cable-stayed bridge with three towers of right branch of Ma'anshan Yangtze River Highway Bridge as the engineering background, and synthetically considers the structural characteristics, design theory and construction control of the arch tower, and carries out the tracking simulation calculation of the cable-stayed bridge. Firstly, the calculation model of the whole bridge is established by using the finite element software such as the bridge doctor Midas civil, the whole bridge is checked and the weak link of the design is determined according to the result of the review. Secondly, by analyzing the results of 1:10 arch tower model test, the stress distribution and deformation law of arch tower structure under transverse prestress and cable tension load, as well as the stress distribution and crack of key section determined in integral calculation are obtained. The design results and the overall calculation results are verified. Finally, according to the actual construction situation, the calculation model is adjusted and combined with the construction monitoring, and the simulation calculation of the whole construction process of the cable-stayed bridge is completed. The research provides necessary technical support for the construction of the cable-stayed bridge.
