沥青面层节能降排评估指标体系研究

【摘要】:本文通过详细分析沥青面层所用原材料的获取和施工过程中的节能降排影响因素,提出了沥青面层的节能降排评估指标体系,并采用专家打分的方法确定沥青面层节能降排评估指标系统中各个指标的比重,举例给出了路面面层的节能降排评估流程和节能降排措施。 首先,本文分析了沥青面层原材料在获取阶段和施工阶段节能降排影响因素,并测试了不同混合料的施工温度对能耗与排放的影响。 其次,通过阐述沥青面层节能降排指标系统的建立依据,确定了沥青面层节能降排指标体系和框架的建立的基本要求,建立了沥青面层节能降排评估指标系统。根据研究,评估标准体系由定性分析指标和定量分析指标两部分组成,分别包括一级指标与二级指标。一级指标有四个,二级指标有24个。并且,通过专家打分的办法,确定了沥青面层节能降排评估系统中各个指标权重。最后,本文提出了沥青面层节能降排模糊综合评估办法,,建立沥青面层的节能降排模糊综合评估程序。 从评估指标权重结果可以看出,能源消耗指标的权重较大,且其下级指标中混合料拌合阶段和原材料生产阶段的权重之和约为0.9。根据分析结果看,沥青面层的节能降排措施主要从四个大的方面着手:一是原材料的节能降排(原材料生产、应用再生混合料)、二是沥青及混合物拌合阶段的节能降排(改进拌合楼、鼓励使用沥青混合料的温拌工艺)、三是施工过程中的机器设备的保养使用、四是工程施工工艺控制。
[Abstract]:Based on the detailed analysis of the acquisition of raw materials used in asphalt surface and the influencing factors of energy saving and emission reduction during construction, the evaluation index system of energy saving and discharge reduction of asphalt surface is put forward in this paper. The expert scoring method is used to determine the proportion of each index in the evaluation index system of asphalt surface energy saving and emission reduction, and an example is given to give the evaluation flow and measures of energy saving and emission reduction of pavement surface. Firstly, this paper analyzes the influence factors of energy saving and emission reduction in the acquisition stage and construction stage of asphalt surface material, and tests the influence of construction temperature of different mixture on energy consumption and emission. Secondly, by expounding the foundation of asphalt surface energy saving and emission reduction index system, the basic requirements of asphalt surface energy saving and emission reduction index system and framework are determined, and the evaluation index system of asphalt surface energy saving and emission reduction index system is established. According to the research, the evaluation standard system consists of qualitative analysis index and quantitative analysis index, including the first grade index and the second grade index respectively. There are four primary indicators and 24 secondary indicators. In addition, the weight of each index in the evaluation system of energy saving and emission reduction of asphalt surface layer is determined by the method of expert scoring. Finally, the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method for energy saving and emission reduction of asphalt surface is put forward, and the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation program for energy saving and emission reduction of asphalt surface is established. It can be seen from the result of evaluation index weight that the weight of energy consumption index is large, and the sum of the weight of mixture mixing stage and raw material production stage is about 0.9. According to the results of the analysis, the measures of saving energy and reducing emission of asphalt surface layer mainly start from four aspects: first, the energy saving and reducing discharge of raw materials (raw material production, In the application of recycled mixture, the second is to save energy in the mixing stage of asphalt and its mixture (to improve the mixing building, to encourage the use of warm mixing process of asphalt mixture, to maintain and use the machinery and equipment in the construction process, and to control the engineering construction process).
